I've been using Ptoctor and Graves for several years now and I've been very pleased with them. Today I had another service call and a new technician named Dylan came out and not only was he very professional, knowledgable and helpful but he was also one of the nicest young men I've ever met.

PandG have served our sites for 3+ years . Their set ices have ranged from unstoping a toilet to installing HVAC equipment that took several months to complete due to the scope of work .Each tech has been polite, timely, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the relationship we have with them. I would highly recommend them.

Friday my air went out and I called and they were able to send Dylan out within 3 Hrs. Dylan fixed my A/C in a short time. The cost was very reasonable. I would use them again another A/C person tried to sell me a whole new unit. He was very honest.
