Excellent HVAC service experience. The service call was scheduled when we needed it, we received a call from the technician ahead of his arrival, and he diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly. A+ service experience!

I use synergy on my home and rental properties for everything plumbing, heating, and air. Great service, great work, and great prices. Do not call the big name companies; you will get a bad deal and more than likely get recommended unnecessary work that pads their pockets. Took me more times than I'd like to learn that lesson.

A friend of mine was having some issues with their HVAC system and called Synergy for help. The company sent Chris and DJ to check her system. These guys were wonderful. They were fair, knowledgeable and effective in their assessment and repair of the air conditioner.

Absolutely outstanding. We had a major sewage backup this morning. It has happened before, and nobody has been able to truly fix the issue. I called 5 plumbing companies, and only Synergy was able to come out. They brought the correct gear to get the job done, and get it done right. I was very impressed. I think are problem is truly fixed now. If I have plumbing needs again, they will be my first call.

We use Synergy for our annual HVAC maintenance. The lady who does their scheduling always works with us to find appointment times that work with our schedules. When our hot water heater died, not only did they come quickly to assess our situation, but they actually talked us out of the more expensive replacement option because our needs didn’t justify the additional cost. When our two HVAC units were 20 years old (and still running well thanks to their yearly maintenance services and two repairs), we knew those units probably wouldn’t last much longer. We called the office to discuss a proactive replacement plan. The office manager arranged for the technician to come by our house. He listened to our thoughts & concerns and answered all of our questions before going over our which units would be the best choices for our home and which unit we should replace first, if we decided not to do both at once. Between our technician and the office manager, we developed a long-term replacement plan that worked with our HVAC needs, our budget, and our family calendar. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

We were extremely pleased with the service and complete replacement process of our central heating and air units using American Standard! They were respectful of our home and time! They made this process quick and comfortable and that was a relief since our current units were definitely not going to be able to combat this summer heat and humidity!

I truly believe I have found the best company to take care of my HVAC! You are honest and your technicians will help in every way possible, answering questions I have, etc. Thank you for all that you do!!

We called Synergy expecting to have a replacement done with plumbing work. They were able to get to us quickly and fix the issue without a costly repair. Would definitely recommend them and will be calling for any issues we have going forward.

I purchased my new American Standard unit from them just over 2 years ago. We had ordered a 2.5 ton unit. Since they were not in stock and back ordered, they installed a 3 ton at the same price.

I’m firm believer in keeping my unit serviced regularly every year. Each time, Synergy sends the same crew that installed my unit. They are friendly any trustworthy. I have done business with other major firms in Nashville and never have such an experience.

Chris and Will have always been helpful, prompt, and fairly priced. We won’t use anyone else, and I can’t recommend Synergy enough.

Bought a house and within one year the downstairs HVAC unit was shot and potentially leaking CO into the house. The home inspector had accidentally listed the unit as 5 years old instead of 14. All of this was uncovered when I had Synergy out for a routine winter service and they quickly found an issue, explained and showed it to me, and shut the unit down at the gas line for safety reasons for me and my family. Scott gave me my options, including replacing the heat exchanger, and gave me space to seek other quotes and make a decision. I decided to go with Synergy, who I had used at my last house where they were able to cost effectively extend the life of my unit. Peanut and Chris came out promptly the next morning and got the unit changed within 2 hours. They also installed a sleek, stainless finish programmable thermostat that I can control from my phone. The experience was tough and expensive given I thought I had more than 10 years left on my unit, but they made it as easy and painless as possible. Nice, respectable, knowledgeable, no messing around. Overall a great experience!
