Dude is a rock star! He replaced the faucet in the shower and fixed a busted water pipe under the house. all within 40 minutes!!!

Responsive, communicative and on time when I had a leak. Everything was clearly explained and fixed quickly - all around a great experience!

I I called this company after I called a much larger company to come out and fix a clogged drain and they knocked a hole in the line and wanted a fortune to replace it so I called hometown hero homeservices and jason came out and didn't just fix it but he replaced the whole line for a better price then what they wanted to charge to just fix what they broke jason will now be my go to plumber he was polite andd very professional

I had a real mess on my hands, called hometown hero and had a response from Jason in 20 minutes. Lisa the receptionist is super nice. I will use their services again.

These guys , Jason and Steve are phantom plumbers , i called , they showed up , we agreed on the work and a price ,
Like apparition gum chewers they finished the work and vanished . Complete plumbing , all water in and out to the street and new sewer lines , big job - done right
I’d call again

Jason came out during the ice storm when no other plumbers would to fix our frozen pipe. Definitely recommend!!

Professional and knowledgeable service. Left our bathroom and basement sink areas looking like nothing had happened. We will definitely be using HHHS for other projects in the future!

James P. came on a Friday night when several companies would not and replaced our gas water heater. We really appreciate their attitude and their professionalism! Thank you from Bill and Betsy S.

I had the opportunity to have Hometown heroes PLUMBING come into my home and do some minor plumbing repairs that I have neglected for a very long time, all I can say is that I now have my forever plumber, Jason and his crew were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very reasonably priced, thank you so much for your amazing service

They did great work replacing the original sinks on our 60 year old house, redoing cast iron pipes, and finally fixing the drainage on my kitchen sink after many plumbers before had just temporarily patched a structural problem. Yay!

Was honest and affordable. I appreciate Jason for getting us back up and running. With small kids at home, it's important to have a working toilet that can handle the abuse from kids.

We had a leak in our fireplace and Jason was able to come out the same day and fix the issue. Very polite and did a great job! I will use his services again

Jason and Jeff were so great and easy to work with! They got the job done in the same day with no mess. Highly recommend this family owned business!

Lets start with the main things that are stressful about having someone come service your home. 1st thing, the service provider did was remove his shoes before he came in the house. There is NOTHING more annoying than someone who treats your home like its their personal job site. So, +10. Secondly, he actually listened to my concerns and my ideas about what might be going on. Instead of the usual dismissive and patronising of some providers.

So, they showed up on time, fixed the problem, didn't make me feel like I was wasting THEIR time, and charged a reasonable fee.

What more can you ask for really?

Side note, they diagnosed my problem, by just listening for a certain noise. That must be a super power or something.

I had a great experience Hometown Hero, they charge fair market rates, and came to me in less than an hour after I needed my toilet and vanity installed! Absolute stellar service and 5/5 work!

I had several bids on a shower remodel and we decided to go with Hometown Hero Home Services. We had a small bathroom and was looking to expand and transform into a walk-in handicap shower.. We had to reroute plumbing, electrical and move walls to get the space we needed. It turned out amazing!!!

Jason showed up on short notice and completed my water heater replacement the same day. Pricing was fair and could not ask for better service!
