We’ve stayed with Molly Maid for one reason: Tammy Rawlings. She cleans our facility and consistently gives her absolute best every single visit. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism are outstanding.

What truly sets Tammy apart is the energy she brings with her. The moment she arrives, the atmosphere in the facility shifts. She has a way of transforming the environment, not just through her cleaning, but through the positive and uplifting presence she carries. It genuinely makes a difference for our team.

I was charged full price for work that wasn't delivered as promised nor per Molly Maid's "standards". I asked and was charged for a deep cleaning focused on baseboards, appliances, and floors only to come see the floors weren't even mopped and the base boards were still dirty - there was dust all over still! I called to inquire, and the lady said the team of TWO were there for THREE HOURS....MY MIND WAS BLOWN...THREE HOURS "CLEANING" but the house looked untouched.... Definitely won't use them again - save your money!

Great service. Reliable cleaners. Detailed cleaning. Friendly with our animals, including a message about how much they adore them. What else could you ask for? I would definitely refer them to a friend or family member.

The team worked hard and were oriented toward pleasing the customer. When they left, the house was very clean.
My one recommendation would be for Molly Maids to be sure their staff knows how to operate tilt-in windows. Our ladies did not know how they worked. I gave one of the 2 ladies a quick demonstration on how to operate tilt-in windows and she did just fine.

Marquita and Melissa did an amazing job on my condo. I just had new floors installed and drywall work done so everything was covered in drywall dust and they got it all up and everything was clean and ready for my new rugs and furniture to be brought in. Also the office was amazing because I had to re-schedule a few times due to delays with the remodeling.

I was gifted with Molly Maid services surprisingly by my husband. He just said I needed to be home between the hours from 12-4 on Thursday. Approximately around 3:15 the door bell rings and there are 2 people from Molly Maids- Melody and Danielle!
Wow! They came in and got started straight away! I was so impressed with their attention to detail and friendliness and I had such an ease of comfort.
It was delightful having them here and they did a great job.

Molly Maid did an outstanding job cleaning our home. It was a great all around experience starting with our initial consultation to completion Emily and Danielle showed up on time. They were even wonderful with our little barking dogs. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Our home looks and smells wonderful. They even took the time to leave us some cookies and a lovely thank you note. We will definitely be using this service on a regular basis.

Molly Maid is the best! Scheduling them is so incredibly easy and they are a decent price for the quality of service you get. Everything is sparkling when they leave and it always smells amazing! Melody and Danielle consistently service our place of work and we love seeing them every time! Highly highly reccommend!

Great small business that treats you like a person.

Made appointment then they cancelled. This is a booking service only. You call and then they try to find a repair person.

Do not give them a call- they have said that they would be back with a part to repair my dishwasher every day for over a week now and still have not shown back up. AWFUL company. Don’t waste your time.

I had a appointment with Green Hills Appliance repair. I called them at 10:00 in the morning and they said they would be there between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. i waited and waited for a cal. Finally at 7:15 they called and said they could not make it, by then i got someone else to come and they came within 30 minutes and got me up and running. I will never call them again and would suggest no one else would use them.

Called for a repair wanted a $90 deposit before anyone even showed up. No thanks, called another business and they have a $49 service fee when they show up. Acceptable, paying someone before anything happens? Not so much.

BEWARE: Company called 2 hours before scheduled appointment to tell me they did not have a technician available for today, but could come tomorrow. They had wanted a "deposit" over the phone when I made the appointment, but I refused because I said I wouldn't give them money until they showed up. Glad I didn't give them any money since they cancelled the appointment. I would not recommend this place.

I called in the evening yesterday as they advertise 24 hour appointment servic . I scheduled an appointment for today. After not hearing anything from them today, I called to chec . They checked and said they couldn't come out for a week. I had been required to make a $59 deposit in my CC. I xcld the appointment as I needed something sooner. I hope I have no trouble getting a refund. Had I not called them I wouldn't have known anything. The appointment services appear to be off shore call center . Beware.

Our LG fridge was not cooling properly, and the technician who came to fix it was able to identify and fix the problem on the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and his pricing was reasonable. We would use his services again in the future.

Ice machine was repaired after 1 no show and then arriving late for next appointment. Prepaid for service on dishwasher Aug. 8th (my mistake) and as of today Sept. 10th repair has not been completed. They were a no show yesterday. I have requested a refund but doubtful i will ever see that money.

Thought I was getting local service. Was routed to Estaban Service. They were prompt. Ran dryer spun and heated but had loud vibration. Tech said it was motor a ND drum bearings.He called someone and said a part was available and scheduled return for Monday. He verbally estimated around 380$ and said he would send written estimate. He sent estimate for someone's refrigerator, not my dryer. He no showed, finally texted he was waiting for part, would not let me know when to expect him. Next day I called service, got Susan who got guy to schedule return. My husband met him at house. Tech cleaned dryer, replaced belt which was not the real problem and charged 328$ said bearings and motor would be an additional 190$ and he would have to get part. Felt like scam calls were from. FLORIDA and Georgia, not Tennessee. Dryer still is not fixed. Have called to solve issue no response. Susan said the tech manager would call, did not and they sent another invoice after my Husband gave them their check...Inc. service call $400. Spent for not much. Do not use these service, they are not local.

Dillon was great. Limb fell during a storm and damaged my meter box. Took a picture of the part needing replacing and sent to Dillon and he had it fixed within an hour. TJ and crew were awesome with great service and great pricing. They are the only people I will call when I need a electrician.

Great experience. Jeremy was knowledgeable, on time , and very professional.
