Please do not use! The work was fine but if you can’t pay for everything upfront then please do not use them. I agreed that it was would be a 3% charge for using a card, turns out they just decided to charge 6%. They blamed it on “taking too long to process” but I paid a couple days late after coming back from my honeymoon and it was 3%. I pay on time and it was 6%, makes no sense. They also just randomly charged $300 to my card WITHOUT calling me and authorizing the payment with me even though they said that they have to delete the card number after use. Obviously that wasn’t true. I also now cannot get ahold of them to try and work this out. Awful customer service. I’m sure they know they messed up so now they just won’t answer. Ridiculous.

Troy and his crew provided excellent service installing new toilets in my home. I explained what I wanted and they completed the job from picking up the new fixtures to disposing the old ones. I never could have done the job on my own. I will call them back when I need future projects.

They are fantastic. I tried to repair myself. I busted up concrete myself and realized more than I could handle. I know enough just to be annoying to a professional. But Ann Calvin Plumbing came in and did an amazing job. They redid all my drains and septic connect. Waterlines and repaired and updated my hot water room with new lines and expansion tank and they put my concrete floor back. They were professional, Clean and courteous. I have extremely light carpet. And they didn’t leave any marks on it. So I am very Particular and they met every expectation. I highly recommend. They come when they say and they finished even a day earlier.
