Plumbing reviews in Ooltewah, Tennessee

Cliff and Eddie did a fantastic job for us! They were on time and professional. We recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. I renovated a property, and the great city of Chattanooga made me replace the sewer line, even though it didn’t completely need it. I had gotten several quotes to the tune of 10 and $20,000.
I called Keith Hodge because of a recommendation from a friend, and they came out and quoted the work. They were less than the others and absolutely went above and beyond in doing the repair. A couple of issues arose during the work, and they did not even bat an eye at it. They brought in the necessary equipment and knocked the project out faster than anticipated. They talked to the pain in the rear city inspector, who doesn’t know what he’s doing, and explained how Plumbing worked. They got everything taken care of. Again, I highly recommend these guys. They took so much work off my plate. They will be my plumbers for years to come.

Cliff and Nathan were awesome. On time, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Will use and recommend Keith Hodge Plumbing again.

Nathan an Tom came out in less than an hour. worked steadyand found the clog and got drains open. Thanks to you both!

Cliff did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our plumbing issues. If we have any future needs, we’ll definitely be calling him back.

Had a Friday afternoon emergency with a house full of guests. They were able to get someone out to my home within an hour and make the necessary repairs. The guys that came out were knowledgeable and took lots of pictures to show me what was wrong. Friendly, responsive and did a good job.

I had cliff and John replace a toilet flange for me, they were very professional and knocked out the job.

We found a keeper!! Keith Hodge plumbing has responded to our pressing plumbing needs twice in a short period, going out of their way to fix our problem when we needed it! Logan is a terrific young man who knows his trade! We will never worry again about plumbing problems since we now have had the best experience possible with Keith Hodge Plumbing!

Excellent company to work with. We had a water line leaking during the Thanksgiving holiday. I contacted Keith Hodge Plumbing, they came out first thing Monday morning and worked all day in the cold temperatures to replace the line. Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable technicians.

Wow! Keith Hodge Plumbing is awesome. We had a main supply line water leak that required us to shut our water off. After talking to another big plumbing company, and finding they were trying to rip off this senior citizen, I called Hodge and spoke to Michael, to discuss my leak problem. He was very knowledgeable, and said they could take care of it for me at a fair price of $XXX, and they honored that price! The field tech Chris was great as well, and he explained the process to me, finished it quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. A pro job.

Eddie Oshields provided a great service and explained me very well the issue he had to solve and how he would solve it. Definitely will call Keith Hodge Plumbing again if I ever have a plumbing need.

Cliff was very meticulous and did a great job repairing several faucets and a toilet.

We called Keith Hodge Plumbing first thing on a Monday and Cliff came to problem solve and fix our problem. We were grateful for Cliff’s expertise and the quick attention on a Monday!!!

They were the first people I called and they were the ones I decided to go with. Straight forward and helpful. Decent pricing and I decided to add on a faucet change out and they didn’t charge me! I needed a whole toilet swapped out due to my kids flushing a toothbrush down it! Thank you guys! They were great!

The techs (Cliff & Eddie) did a great job replacing my old water heater. Techs were very friendly. A job well done! 5 star service all the way around👍

Seth was incredibly professional and proficient! He did great work. Thank you!

Keith and Eric and the rest of these guys are top notch to work with and around on the hundreds of projects we have worked on together. HIGHLY recommend KHP for all your Commercial Plumbing or Residential Plumbing projects!

Cliff was courteous, expedient, and maintained the appointment time of another plumber when he was out sick. My schedule went completely undisrupted thanks to Cliff’s ability to get here on short notice, install my chosen fixture efficiently and cleanly, even going so far as to educate me on how he was operating.

The price was fair for the work performed.

I have never had a more positive experience with a home improvement job. Thank you Cliff!

Had a great experience with Keith Hodge Plumbing today. Jacob, our tech, showed up when he said he would and took care of the problem quickly and reviewed what happened (busted spigot). Happy to have found my forever plumber!

Wave provided excellent service. Was incredibly fast, friendly and did a phenomenal job. Fixed the leak and installed the new piece!

John from Kieth Hodges was great! Thought I was going to have to replace a hot water heater and he was honest with me and told me it just needed a small repair versus replacing the whole unit. Saved me money compared to what other companies told me need to be done. I will for sure be using these guys again!
