I also appreciate the ability to have Cardinal Comfort set up a maintenance schedule for my HVAC units to ensure they are operating at peak efficiency.

Absolutely amazing !! Derek went above & beyond to ensure that my gas furnace was up & running again.
My unit broke down Christmas Eve & I had an upcoming surgery in couple of days. Cardinal Comfort (Derek) came out ,assessed the situation, found problem, ordered part & was able to get unit repaired sooner than expected due to my urgency .
The professionalism, knowledge, and understanding of my situation was shown in care I received to resolve & repair my unit in a speedy manor so I wouldn't have to reschedule my surgery. I was also given additional safety advice as an fyi to help keep myself & my home safe.
