Not a local business. Phone number sends you to some call center that charges a service fee just to find someone local for you. $85 Ill keep to myself thank you

Schedule an appointment to have my dry fix, the day of the service they called 2 hours after my appointment to tell me they don't work on samsung dryer, on a Friday at 7pm

Made an appointment to get my washer looked at. Was told they would there next day between 8 -11am. 1:00 pm no one has showed up and no one has called. Called and was told someone would call me back. Thirty minutes later.....I called back and was put on hold for 10 minutes...was told they were on their way. Technician was nice and was given an estimate to replace door switch. Came back next day and replaced switch.....did not fix the issue. Was given a new estimate of almost $500.00. Washer and dryer are only 4 years old. I told technician I need a day to think about it.....I have been trying all morning to ask if washer could be repaired today per estimate. Called number that was on estimate...it is a Florida number......not available at this time...I left messages . Called number of technician...not answering phone...left voice mail and texts.no respofrom. No response from no one and it's 1130am. After repeated unanswered calls and messages / emails....no one will reply to my simple question......can my washer be fixed today per estimate from yesterday ? I thought I was doing a good thing for my community...I thought this was a small business. Why is every phone and email Florida connected? Call center ? I just want my questioned answered.
