Initial service call to evaluate shower faucet repair. Excellent communication and John was able to temporarily identify issue with a " no name" single handle valve, and used an AI picture app to identify the manufacturer. Put it back together and will return with a replacement valve cartridge. Initial service call was a fair price.

Caleb and his guys (shout out to Randall who was on site for the entire job) replaced my entire drain tree and roof vent for my bathroom renovation. Couldn’t have picked a more capable and professional crew.. always responsive, on time and really nice guys. Brought everything up to code, replacing all the aging cast iron sewer pipe, new water lines, sink, toilet and shower valves, toilet flanges, and reset both toilets and my vanity. The work was done over the course of two days with the infrastructure first and the rest at a later date.
Finding good contractors is a challenge.. Caleb shoots straight and follows through. Definitely satisfied with the cost / work ratio. Highly recommended!

Butt Plumbing came out on very short notice, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience.

What stood out the most to me was that the owner himself showed up. Sure, any of their employees could have handled the job — but he took the time to personally track down the leak, crawl under my house (which is a VERY tight space), and thoroughly inspect everything. He didn’t just fix the obvious issue and leave. He checked the joists for damage, explained that the leak had likely been going on for quite some time based on the water damage, and even inspected under the second bathroom to make sure there weren’t any additional leaks.

That level of thoroughness saved me a significant amount of money and future headaches. The fact that he took time out of his busy schedule to make sure everything was truly taken care of does not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

10/10 would absolutely recommend! I will definitely use Butt Plumbing again if the need ever arises.

I have an elderly mother who needs plumbing service frequently and anyone from this company who attends to her needs is absolutely amazingly respectful, kind, and goes beyond what the service need calls for. My Mom always offers milk for them to drink (so weird and disgusting, I know), and they sweetly drink it. We had a water leak at a vulnerable joint in a pipe and they were out the following day and repaired the issue in a timely manner. He was professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend them again.
