Absolute horrible customer service. They put freon info my unit and it did nothing so I wanted a refund for the service. They refused and I had to stop payment. Rather than tell me the freon was pointless and I need a new unit they filled it up and let me believe it was going to help. I called Heritage Heating and Cooling that weekend and they have me top notch service and a discount. Brand new Ruud for 4,200.... this place quoted me 4,600 for same thing. You guys are terrible! Just because 99.7 stumps for you doesn't mean anything.
