Very poor communication. I will not be a returning customer. I believe the workmanship was okay but it is not acceptable to have such poor communication.

Geo Pros took a large deposit from me to install two new geothermal units in January 2024 and I have not heard from them since. Complete theft. Do not use them!

Great service. Quick to come out. Took the time to explain the issue and repair. Got us up and running on a Sunday!

If I could give Jesse at Skyline 10 stars I would. He had the utmost patience dealing with my home warranty company Liberty Home Gaurd (negative 10 stars for them). The warranty company dragged their feet for over a month and Jesse did right by me by just ordering the parts and getting the heat back up and running without any assistance from the home warranty company. Jesse is a saint and if you need a professional to help keep you and your family warm or cool he is the guy. Thanks

Skyline Air is Awesome. Jesse came out to my house & got my A/C working on Easter weekend. I am having family over this afternoon for Dinner. I emailed him early this morning & he made room in his schedule to get my A/C up & going. He was ontime, price was at a great value. Very professional! Thanks Jesse!

This was a fantastic appointment on every level. Jesse was extremely cooperative regarding scheduling, showed up right on time and diagnosed the probably quickly.
He is efficient, courteous and friendly. I had to wait several weeks to get a contractor but Jesse was worth the wait.

He came right on time for the appointment that I made the day before. Quick response, was very nice, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem quickly and repaired it without issue. I will use Skyline Heating and Air LLC again. I highly recommend them.

Update to my original review:

Unfortunately I had to give Skyline Heating and Air LLC another call, because my unit broke down. The gentleman that showed up quickly diagnosed my problem, I had a leaking refrigerant line. He worked hard and got my unit repaired, and running better than it was prior to breaking down. Super skilled, super knowledgeable, and an absolute gentleman the entire service. If I have any more HVAC issues I will continue to turn to Skyline Heating and Air LLC. I can't recommend them enough.

I’ve used Skyline many times in the past for service repairs and installation of my new furnace and AC. I highly recommended their services for anyone in the Rockford, TN area. They were reasonably priced, professional, and efficient.

Skyline Heating and Air was awesome when our heat broke in winter. Jesse showed up fast, gave us a really good price and was super nice and easy to talk to. He fixed the heat quick so we weren’t freezing anymore. Recommended.
