Insulation Contractor reviews in Rockvale, Tennessee

Mark from Black Oak Insulation drove past our house build, and called my number from the permit by the drive way asking if we wanted a quote for spray foam, and boy I’m glad he did!!!!!
Mark was super helpful throughout aaaaaall the questions we threw at him, responded quickly and the price he gave us was $$$$ cheaper than the other quotes I had gotten!!!! They did this job in 2 days, the guys who did it were nice and respectful, protected all our windows, doors and did a great job!
I WILL be referring Black Oak Insulation to others! 😊

Mark did an excellent job painting my insulation and was a hard worker. I would highly recommend him

Fast, efficient, and went above and beyond.

Black Oak has done a number of gutter jobs for us and has always done a great job. They’ve offered good advice and been great with communicating their schedule and what they were doing.

What an awesome experience! My husband and I contracted them for work to be done at our property in Nashville, TN. From contact to completion, the whole team was professional and the quality of work was outstanding. I was very impressed with the attention to detail! Would definitely recommend!!

I was very happy with our spray foam install. The technicians were very courteous, they cleaned up well and did a superb job communicating.

Our salesperson Levi gave concise answers.
I would recommend to others.

Black Oak replaced the gutters on my house. They tore down the existing, and put up new 6 inch gutters to better control overflow instead of the 5 inch I had before. They also put gutters on my metal building. I highly recommend Black Oak for their fast service, easy communication, and great work!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Black Oak Insulation & Gutters ! From the first consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain all my options, recommended the best insulation solution for my home, and completed the job efficiently and on schedule. Since the installation, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in indoor comfort and a noticeable drop in my energy bills. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality insulation services!

Thank you so much Black Oak Insulation for saving our skin in a pinch!!!
After the building department required us to stop sheetrock installation and add an additional vapor barrier to our exterior walls we were in a serious bind. Black Oak responded quickly and juggled thier schedule to help us get back up and on track. The man you sent us Mark Phillpot was amazing. He showed up ready to perform the difficult tedious addition to your scope. He worked hard, he did everything to exacting quality and standards. He worked late into the evening even purchasing lights to help complete the job so we can get a Friday inspection. I was blown away by his efforts to help us. Because of your company's quick response and quality work, we were able to get our inspection this morning and get the sheetrockers hanging again. You guys are my goto for all insulation needs. You have shown us how you take every job serious and respond quickly and professionally. Thank you guys!!!

Awesome Company to work with! They do quality work, very efficient, stay in contact with their clients and follow up after the job is done. They replaced a gutter that wasn’t functioning properly. We had contacted several companies to get estimates, but no one ever showed up to do the job. Moses Riley with Black Oak Insulation and Gutters came to look, gave us an estimate the same day, within one week our new gutters were installed and our problem was solved. They also installed new gutters on a new build, did a fantastic job and completed the task in a few hours. Their price is very reasonable! Highly recommend!

A awesome company. Private and family owned company. Gave an estimate on a Wednesday and was out to do the job on the following Friday. A super reasonable estimate and a great job. Cleaned up afterwards. They blew in insulation in the attic of my house and installed an attic tent around the pull down stairs. When unit runs it runs only half as much as it did and is off twice as much as it was. If you need Back Oaks services I highly recommend them. I’m gonna try and upload a before and after pictures.

Mark is the Man! Black Oak got me in with short notice and sent a beast of an installer! Unique situation with the basement and fire blocking so had to call on them to take care of me and they absolutely did. I’m building holes for a living and have no reason to look elsewhere. Thanks guys!

Well I fell victim to the ice damage earlier this year. Black Oak Insulation and Gutter Company did a great job replacing my gutters. Professional, on time, and quality work. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Black Oak Insulation and Gutter Company. The team was professional, showed up on time, and did high-quality work. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing insulation or gutter work.
