I have been a customer of Global Central Air for the last 20+ years. Mark and his team have done an outstanding job servicing the heating and AC in my homes and now condo unit. They do a very quality job and at a more than fair price! One extremely hot summer day many years ago, our AC went out on a Saturday and Mark came out and got us going. I was expecting to have to pay a crazy high service fee for a Saturday repair job but it was again more than reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Mark Thomas and his crew. They even recently put in a tank-less water heater in our condo and Kenny and crew did an excellent job. They also put them in several other units in my building if that tells you anything about their reputation and quality work. When we were selling out house about 4 years ago, the inspector discovered that the fans in our attic where not working. Not knowing who to call, I just happen to ask Mark while he was servicing our unit and he said, "we do that". Once again, Mark came through for us with flying colors and at a very fair price. You won't find a more honest and hard working guy than Mark Thomas! If you need any more evidence of his character, ask him about all the rescue dogs he has taken in, many of which go with him on his daily jobs!

GREAT COMPANY!!!!! Mark came out and gave me a quote and set a date for install. The crew showed up on time and did a great job, on new heat and air. They answered all of my questions, the work was great and didn't complain about anything !! They even swept the floor, Kenny was very nice and he knows air conditioner stuff.
