Darrell did a fantastic job fixing the issue with our Fridgidaire stackable washer/dryer. He found the issue and rectified it in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely call him should we have further issues with any of our appliances. He was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Darrell fixed our Whirlpool Heavy Duty Thin Twin washing machine within 2 days at a very reasonable price for service calls, parts & labor. He ordered us the certified part we needed direct from the distributor instead of skimping with a generic or counterfeit part ordered online. He advised that our washer was well worth fixing as “they don’t make them this heavy anymore,” so we didn’t replace it with a newer model that wouldn’t last us as long as this one. He carries some parts with him on his truck for more “simple” fixes than our washer needed, although he made our fix—replacing the lid switch—look pretty simple.
