Very good, I called in the afternoon, and the technician was at house next morning before 8 am. David, the technician was knowlegeable and friendly.

Conducted a unit inspection prior to house purchase. They said the unit was in good shape. The unit ended up having a major inner coil leak and died a couple of months later.

You would think having your business name on the side of your vehicle would lead to courteous and respectful driving habits. What you have here is more of the road rage poor impulse control type. Tailgating, excessive speed, and purposefully cutting feet away from the car you're passing is atrocious. Do better, you live in a small town.

Made an appt for hvac installation. Saw the truck coming down our road, henpulled into my neighbor's drive way & turned around. After several attempts to reach him, he says he didn't think there was anything at the end of the road, so he went back to the shop. Said he would call on Friday to reschedule. Never heard back from them.
Found a more reliable company.

I have been a customer for about 6 years. They have always been very responsive. You may not get them out the same day you call, but they come out as soon as they can, and fix the problem. Most recently, they replaced my downstairs forced air unit. I have been very happy with their service.

I called for an inspection on an HVAC system at our home. They came out the very next day and spent nearly 4 hours going over our system. The technician called me and gave me a detailed description of what was done. We were very pleased with their service, and will definitely use them again!

The technicians arrived promptly, and our A/C system feels noticeably more efficient and fresh.

After a friendly consultation, the technician expertly installed my new thermostat in under an hour. Now, my home's temperature is perfectly comfortable and easy to control.

It took 4 Full Months to get the motor replaced in my A/C unit. The Horribly Condescending receptionist made me feel very bad for even calling to check on when they would ever get to me. She told me Every Single Time I called, For 4 Full Months, that there were people all over Savannah without Air and that I had a place to go if and when my motor AC quit! How is that even possible that Every Day, For 4 Full Months, there were 100's of people without Air?? She was horrible to me and the so called Manager wasn't much better. He promised to have it done on 2 different occasions, and no one Ever showed up!
The technician, Greg, did finally come After 4 Full Months and he was very nice and apologetic. He thought it had already been taken care of. The office people need to be Retrained or Fired!
My mother HAD BEEN a customer for over 30 years and Could not believe how I was treated.
We will definitely find another company that knows what Good Customer Service means!

After just 45 minutes, my air quality noticeably improved. The technician was courteous and efficient, ensuring my vents were spotless. Highly recommend for a breath of fresh air!
