Keith and Jerry did a great job on the carpet at our cabin! I wish I had taken before and after pictures. They took pride in their work and the company. Keith had been with the company around 15 years I believe in Jerry around 30 or 40 years. You would have thought it was their company because of their work ethic and concern for good customer service. They were friendly and took time to answer questions. I also thought their pricing was fair. The carpet looks great! We will definitely be using them again!

Had an 830a appointment for cleaning. No one showed. Waited almost 2 hours and called office. Never got a response. 2 hours later called office again, never got a response. Called again about an hour later... No response. Never got a call back for a reason or explanation. Not dependable at all!!!

Booked a carpet cleaning for Friday 11/10/2023 at 12 noon. This company called me on Thursday 11/9/2023 at 11:30 am to say they were on the way because one of their people put us on the schedule for the wrong day. I was leaving for work and told them our appointment was for the next day when I wasn’t working. Steve ( one of the S’s from S&S ) said he’d see me on Friday as per our original schedule. I moved all my furniture and everything out of the rooms to be cleaned. They never showed up. And won’t return my phone calls. Very professional and inconsiderate.
I will never call this business again.

Fast! Showed up same day and did great work on my carpet. Got the dog urine smell out completely! Also, it looks like new but it’s 17 years old. Money saving move, call them!!
