Constraction reviews in Sewanee, Tennessee

Very professional and excellent work, recommended!

They came very quickly to look at the job and gave me an estimate. They were here to do the job within a week. Very friendly and done what they said they would do. I will recommend them.

So very happy with my remodel of master bedroom and bath. Pete offered fantastic upgrade ideas that I used in creating my new sanctuary! The workers are very respectful and kind. Couldn't be happier!!!

Absolutely awesome company. Dependable. Honest. Does what they say they will do and do it right the first time. Always available for questions

We were extremely happy with the work done. Peter did a great job of offering solutions that fit within our budget. Highly recommend!

A few months ago I was looking for a contractor to take over a new build that was around 80% finished. I found Tri South Construction recommended on Yelp and gave them a call. I spoke with the contractor, Pete Dominguez, gave him a list of what needed to be done to finish the house and things were moving within a week. Pete was so helpful with suggestions. Like all construction projects, problems arise. But he always came with different solutions. Pete showed true professionalism just by finishing a project that was started by another company. I’ve seen how stressful construction can be but I really felt like my experience with Tri South Construction made this build a lot less of a headache.

Tri-Star Construction, Peter and Freddie were absolutely the best company I have ever worked with. They showed up when they said and kept in contact with us. The quote was very fair for the work they did. Their work was immaculate and they made sure to clean up everything after they were done! I have many house projects to be done and will use them for every one! I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!!

Peter Dominguez of TRI-SOUTH CONSTRUCTION was with us from the very beginning of our project. He went with us to offer wise advice on selection of all the components of our bathroom remodel. He was always available by phone if we had a problem and visited to check the progress.Peter is very professional and upbeat and stands by his work. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Peter.

Peter is a pleasure to work with! Very quick to respond with any questions and always available, he was able to get my ceiling taken care of in one day and everything went so smoothly!
Can’t recommend enough!

5 out of 5 STARS 😃 I HIGHLY recommend Peter of Tri South Construction!!! Very professional, and his quality of knowledge is SUPERB!!! His experience shows in every detail, and any concerns we had, he put us to ease in the EXCELLENT JOB he delivered...We will ABSOLUTELY use Tri South Construction for other future projects 😀

Please stay away from this company. They cheat lie and steal from you. They never took the blame for their terrible work. The owner Peter yelled and screamed and never took responsibility for their poor work. They left holes in our walls, gave us tile we never picked out for our floors. They damaged our refrigerator, trying to squeeze it back in too place. All due to Peter's bad measurements. Their is an outlet covered up by our stove that we can't use. One side of the kitchen. Has no counter tops because they don't fit due to his bad measurements. They never did a final walk through to see if we were happy with their work. We now have to running water in our upstairs bathroom. No hot water in our kitchen. We also have trim that is missing and they refuse to fix anything. Stay away from this company.

Peter with Tri South construction is a pleasure to work with. It was a pleasure working with you! Very smooth and detailed work couldn’t be more happier with the communication and attention to details would highly recommend!

Peter and his team did a great job working on our roof and installing gutters. They were efficient and answered any questions we had. We will be calling them again for any future needs. Highly recommend!
