Bruce and John came highly recommended from my dryer repair technician. Two dryer techs had been to our laundry room to replace the heating element in the dryers. The last tech found that the elements was burning out because of over-use. We were running the dryers over an hour to get our clothes dry. It was all due to a clogged dryer vent duct. The guys who cleaned our chimney did "attempt" to clean the dryer vent, but we found out that them using the drill with the brush on the end had compacted it and disconnected the vent behind the wall! I would ONLY recommend All About Dryer Vents for anything at all to do with your dryer vent or duct. They were professional, on time and thoroughly explained their process and the reasoning behind it. 5 Stars!!!
