These guys are so good at their jobs! What a team! They are thorough and fast as lighting in their response time.They installed a 2.5 ton American Standard Heat Pump, and I couldn't have been treated better...

I asked for a quote on replacing our HVAC system. Just the ac and maybe some extra work. The salesman was very kind and I liked him. He said he'd have a quote with all my options to me by the end of the week. 2 weeks later I call and ask where it is. I am told they will look into it and call me back. No one called me back and a week later I call again, saying I was hoping to do business with a small local business and still wanted the quote. I was put on hold and when they came back on the phone, they told me I would have it in a day or two. I came home to it being left in a folder on my porch. Not even in the mailbox.... then when I opened the quote... it wasn't even a quote on what I asked for. I am very disappointed that I, an interested customer, was looked over, forgotten, not taken seriously, and dealt with in a very unprofessional manner. I may be the exception to their standard but overall, after 2 calls and the delivery of a quote I did not ask for as well as no follow up on THEIR PART, I will never recommend this business.

Mckamey's replaced a unit in our home with a new unit. We were very satisfied with this company. The crew came in when they said they would, they were very nice & cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable & we're happy to be cool in this hot weather!

We called to get a quote yesterday, and they said they'd be out today. The fixed our unit for a fourth of the cost another company quoted! I am extremely happy with this company. From now on, we will only use Mckamey!

Excellent work by professional installers. When our old system died in the middle of the heat of summer we purchased a system and asked that it be installed right away. The team was here the next day! They worked until the job was done. I highly recommend Art McKamey and his team!
