I ordered a deep cleaning for my home. Unfortunately, the cleaners did not perform hardly any of the "deep cleaning" items listed on the website such as appliances, baseboards, under furniture, light fixtures, blinds, etc. I reported this to the company, and they agreed to send cleaners back to the home to do the missed items. On the re-clean day, the cleaners could not make it to the home due to car trouble. I asked if I could just get a refund at this point but per policy since the home was cleaned (even though it did not meet expectations) they could only do a re-clean. I asked if I could at least get different cleaners and again was told this was not possible since the cleaners were already paid for the job.

This has been a huge hassle for us as we will have had to prep the home for deep cleaning 3 separate times and I've had to modify my work schedule 3 times (original clean, no-show day, and now the 3rd scheduled reclean). We probably could have already deep cleaned ourselves with less hassle at this point.

I would recommend using an individual cleaner you know will give you quality work rather than relying on a company such as this one.

Wanted to make my life easier and have someone clean before I moved into my new house. I paid $300 and got only somewhat mopped floors and wiped down windowsills. There is a spider still in the shower floor, there's still crud in the cabinets, and there is dust on the shelves. Was hoping to have a dedicated cleaning person from this team if it went well, since I am disabled. Will not be doing so

Extremely professional and prompt. I hired them for a full house cleaning before listing my home, and they did a fantastic job. My only suggestion would be to include post-cleaning photos for jobs like this. Overall, excellent service—thorough, reasonably priced, and highly recommended.

I paid additional to have a move in clean and to have baseboards cleaned along with it. A standard light clean was done. The funny thing is the house was empty and cleaned by cleaners from the property management prior to me moving in. I wanted to use a different company to make sure the home was truly clean for me and my family. The bathtub has a ring in it that was not cleaned. I scrubbed it myself prior to using it to make it clean. All the baseboards are dirty. I think the floor was cleaned with a swiffer mop, or not cleaned at all. We do not wear shoes in the house and everyone's socks were black. I do not understand how this place has so many positive reviews. I feel I paid such an expensive price (over $400) for half the job. I paid more thinking I would get a quality service. It didn't even smell clean when we walked in the door. I'll never use this company again. I was also told I would receive photos before and after to show how it looked prior to their work. I never received any photos. Probably because they never showed up to actually do the job.

I had a great experience. The team’s attention to detail was impressive, every corner of my home was cleaned thoroughly, and they didn’t miss a spot. John was easy to communicate with, was professional and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Wow! Would give 6 stars if I could. My house has never been so clean. Melania and her team left nothing untouched. My house hasn’t been this clean since we moved in. Would 10000% recommend them and will definitely use them again.
