Not sure about rating. Technician found problem and was to order part. Three weeks later , no response to voice messages .

Will definitely recommend to others, and will use again! Within a couple of hours of my call a technician was at the house and had everything resolved within minutes. He was professional, polite, and didn't try to upsell or make minor problems seem major. Thanks again guys!

I called A Degree Above when my mini split stopped working after I was told by another company it would be a day or two before they could get to me. It being July and 97° outside I asked the woman who answered if they could send someone today. And she said she could she what she could do. A service tech called six minutes later saying he was en route. He was courteous and professional and had the problem determined and repaired quickly and was gone in less than an hour. From call to signing the invoice it was exactly an hour an one minute. That’s unheard of. Especially in a rural area such as where I live. Here’s an extra ⭐️

I was getting my house ready for retirement. I had A Degree Above to come out and replace the central heat and air unit along with the duct work on 5/4/2020. The duct work was put in the house early 90’s and I wanted it to be new. I had no previous trouble with the duct work at all. I started to notice floor damage in all three bedrooms so I called my home insurance inspector. The claim inspector determined I had no leaks from the water pipes but he notice that my air vents had gaps where it was connected to the floor. I went to A Degree Aboves office to talk to Mike and both owners said it was not their fault. I’ve now got two of the three bedroom floors tore out and wood flooring replaced. I trusted Mike to do the job and I had no trouble with the floors until they put in the new duct work. I DO NOT recommend him or the company to do any work for me ever!!

This is a great company because of the professional and courteous technicians they have. Our unit went out on the hottest day ever and when I called they had an amazing guy Kyle was at our door in less than 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our problem and had us up and running in no time at all. Their fees were awesome and We will highly recommend A Degree Above to everyone we see and we will certainly use them for any future needs. Thanks for a great job.

Outstanding service! Called late late Thursday hoping to get an early Friday service on AC that went out. Tech was there in ten minutes. Took care of the problem and saved the day.

Talk about fast and reliable! I called to have a technician look at my A/C unit because it was blowing warm air as the temperature outside was getting warmer. The technician called when he was on his way, which was less than 2 hours from my initial phone call. The technician was friendly and explained the diagnoses of the warm air and the cost to repair the unit. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and the quick response to get my A/C working again.

I bought a house with an old unit. It went out and A Degree above has taken such good care of me. They replaced the unit and have addressed any concerns I may have had. These guys are tough professionals that cleared about half an acre of trees from our lakeside home. They expertly and methodically tackled rocky terrain that is extremely steep, causing them to disappear from view at times. Very personable and punctual. We highly recommend them to others and hope to use their services again in the future.
