Pineda’s came out to check our dryer pretty quickly and worked around our work schedule. They were very professional and thorough. The dryer was giving off an error that noted the thermistor was bad. I replaced the thermistor myself, twice, before calling Pineda’s for help. They came out and spent the time to check and diagnose everything before realizing it was the motherboard that was bad. Once we realized that, they took the time to double check everything one more time just to make sure they didn’t miss anything. On the second round they confirmed it was definitely the motherboard. They were very honest in telling us it’s really not worth fixing. They gave us the cost to replace the motherboard and gave us time to shop around for a new dryer. We ultimately ended up getting a new dryer but would 100% recommend Pineda’s.
