Having water damage isn't fun for anyone, but CAMCO made the restoration process less painful. Tom and Clint did a wonderful job communicating and guiding me through every step of the way to get my home back to feeling like a home again. I truly appreciate their diligence and transparency. The team of contractors did a great job as well. Would definitely recommend CAMCO to anyone in need of restoration services! Thanks again for everything.

When you wake up to water pouring from your ceiling ,walls and floors soaked due to a busted hot water pipe you make 1 call to Martin Construction and within hrs you have a full on well oiled machine making things happen!! From mitigation crews within hrs to save everything possible to the ,plumbers,sheetrock, hardwood,tile, painters and many more from start to finish was the best experience . They literally brought a crew in to pack valuables . Meticulous,clean,professional. We will 110% use them on any future projects and will recommend them to anyone wanting quality work from great people!!!!We couldn't be more happy with the quality and how beautiful our home turned out . We had Martin Construction build us a 400 square foot raised deck in our backyard. From the very beginning they were upfront, professional, and very timely. They were recommended by my insurance company for restoration work. I called and was scheduled an appointment. 30 min after the appointment time I called to make sure I did not write down the wrong info. I was informed they would not be coming and they are not interested. No one called to cancel, I checked my voicemail before calling to make sure I did not miss a message.

Martin Construction & Restoration replaced my roof and gutters. They were top notch. Everything was explained and detailed. Rebekah from the office called me every day and came by to check how things were being done. I will definitely use them in the future!!

They are professional, they do excellent work, and do an excellent job of communicating throughout the project.
They go above, and beyond to ensure the customer is completely satisfied and they are a great advocate for the customer.
Some thing that is very important in this day and time is that they are trustworthy.

We had roof damage from a storm. Erica was very prompt to respond. She arrived with her staff to photograph and estimate the damages. She took care of all the paperwork and contacted the insurance company. She even came back with the insurance adjuster to make sure everyone was on the same page. Repairs were set and the crew arrived promptly! They were very nice and professional. I bet they walked around a thousand times to make sure no nails were left. You can't even tell they were here other than a beautiful new roof!

Window installers arrived on time. Actually a little early which means on time for me. They explained to me exactly how they would be working and what I was to expect. They were very clean when removing windows and installing. Very professional, very respectful of me and my home. I can not express how happy I am with the service received. Did I already mention how clean they worked, it's worth repeating more than once. Will definitely make sure any further work on my home is done with them.

Was having trouble getting anyone to bid my roof repair. I wanted metal. The insurance company paid shingle price. Others wanted to do shingles for the insurance check. This was the only company to give me a price so I could pay the extra OOP and get metal. Did an excellent job. Thanks.

Highly don't recommend unless your filing an insurance claim or a company uses them to do work.

Scheduled appointment to discuss major remodeling. Company cancelled, after having the appointment set for a month, and wanted to reschedule due to 47 new storm claims.

I don't blame you Marin Restoration. Taking possibly 30 minutes of your time to discuss this, having life long customer and referral, isn't worth it when you can do work for insurance claims purposes on 47 other homes that just popped up out of nowhere last minute.

Can't have 48 customers, only the 47 with insurance claims. Great job! At least you canceled and wasn't a "no show", but would have been a no show had my husband not contacted you to confirm the appointment scheduled with you.

*Edit to add- I believe I am the one you need to contact if you have an issue with my review, not talking to your other customers (which is very unprofessional) or contacting others to have a discussion about my review. No favors were done here. You either do certain things someone asks if you can do, or you don't. If you don't do as you say on the front end, I don't want to do business with you, and that is for any business, as it reflects how you operate your business overall.
