The carpet cleaning experience is none the less an experience, I was at my moms house in Brentwood and she had to have had 9 cat urine spots and a very foul odor, when she had gotten numb to the odor I told her there was only one place to call, ChemDry Nashville. They came out took a few hours and the smell is completely gone. I was shown with a black light the areas in where the cats had urinated on the floors and rug, I was not very surprised when the room lit up. The final outcome was my satisfaction and the house smelling fresh from zero cat urine. I will leave this review in her behalf because she is elderly and will never be able to figure out the internet. I will say that I was there the entire time of the cleaning and the crew that came was professional and well trained, clean cut and not the average steam cleaner, if you need a very solid carpet cleaning company in Nashville area then I would highly suggest ChemDry of Tennessee. For the second time, we selected Chem-Dry of Tennessee and were very pleased with the results. This time we added upholstery and room rug cleaning, and the results were excellent as they were with the carpet cleaning. The employees were knowledgeable and professional. Not sure if it was worth $400. Believe I could have shopped around for something cheaper and maybe better. However, the guy that came was awesome. He had great customer service and worked hard. The company needs better techniques to clean carpets.

Had my carpet cleaned on the 4th of April and was never so pleased by how well my carpet turned out. I live in an apartment and couldn't get the carpet replaced by the complex, so a friend, who has been using your service for many years, gave me your number. James did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He called when he was on his way and got right to work when he arrived.
James was able to remove some stains that previously had not come out. He even removed a tiny bit of chewing gum that had been in the carpet for years.
He said that he had been with Chem-Dry for fourteen years and his experience and knowledge of the carpet cleaning business were unsurpassed. He even shared some tips on how to remove stains. I will definitely ask for James he next time I call Chem-Dry!

I had the best tech! He checked my carpet with a blue light and found all the pet stains. My carpet has never looked so clean. My pets and kids were playing on dry carpet within just a couple of hours! I highly recommend Chem Dry of Tennessee!

Chem-Dry was so easy to schedule and made the process very easy as well. I made an appointment online, they called a day later and confirmed it. We had to move it around a little, but it got settled. James was the one who cleaned my couch and he did awesome. He explained stains, pet odor/stains and other things to me and we shared stories about our doggies! Overall good experience. Just waiting for my couch to dry now...lol

Dorian did an excellent job. Worked hard for several hours doing the headliner, side walls and carpet on a 26' Camper. He was also very personable and polite. Communication was excellent. He called me in advance to let me know his arrival. Although I considered Chem-Drys to be a bit on the pricey end, the customer service was excellent.
Jenna was my first point of contact. She very professional, polite, and personable. Overall a really good experience. You get what you pay for.

We were Given quote for 2 rooms and a hall once the technician arrive we were quoted $139.00 plus $25 for the hall . The technician then gave us cost of almost $300 then left when I expressed we were not paying that cost then technician said he had another appointment and left . used this company once before at another home we had and they did a crummy job decided to give it another try would not recommend them. They will give you a higher price once they arrive . They expect customers to.pay their price . Not the special price .

This is the worst hood cleaning company I have experienced in 30 years in the restaurant business. They were late, didn’t finish the job. Came out to complete 2 weeks later and did better but never really got it clean. Same problem at the second location, but I told them not to return. See the after pictures.
I never said I was satisfied rather After being promised it wouldn’t happen again and you would personally oversee the second location, it was worse than the first and I told you not to return. I would get someone else to complete the job.
In reference to not paying, please ask yourself if you would pay for this work?
As for credibility, his single 5 star review is from his wife. I will let our reviews speak for themselves. The general public can see what type of person runs Southern Kitchens. I did not mention in the first section that it took 2 weeks for Southern Kitchens to respond to the problem, you can see how they left things. He says I was “happy”, I simply wanted them out. To this day he never apologized.
