Unprofessional when questioned about a small area that produced mold on my baseboard. Max made assumptions that my dog peed in the area. I felt that was rude. He also was determined to get around any fault of his own. The job wasn’t the best either. When I paid it showed up with my bank as a completely different business and caused me to question business integrity.

The Shine Carpet Cleaning came recommended from a Sorority Facebook group my wife is a member of, which leads me to be skeptical…well the reference proved to be an excellent choice. Max hooked up the carpets in my home. In our household we have a strict no eating or drinking outside of the kitchen rule unless you are of age, so our carpet weren’t too rotten but they definitely showed ground-in dirt and wear and they have never been cleaned since we moved in 10 years ago. The Shine Carpet Cleaning cleaned three rooms plus the stairs and now they look brand new, we take our shoes off before walking on the carpet now. I will be definitely using The Shine Carpet Cleaning again to clean my other spaces in my home and the price are reasonable to boot.

This is the second time we have used this company. The first time it came out and stretched and cleaned our carpets. Giving us a couple years of life. This time Max came in to clean the carpet after the dogs had a party while we were out of town. Max does a great job! He’s thorough, fast, very easy to work with.
