Mikel came out 30 minutes after I called John and was absolutely a gentleman. He found the problem in less than 10 minutes. It was extremely less than the other companies I called before my friend told me to call Super J’s. I can’t thank them enough for blessing me today with their professionalism. By far the best experience I could ever imagine. I will be calling them in the future and will tell everyone to call them. Thank you Super J’s heating and cooling for having my best interest in mind and not charging me like I was rich.

It was great to meet John. It is even greater for all that he did to get my (very aged...!) package heat pump functioning extremely well again. And, all at a very fair price and rate(s) for his services.

Johnnie showed up 30 minutes after I called. He was the only person that had come out and actually told us the year of the unit which helped us make a very informed decision to go ahead and replace it. He was so caring and polite, he went as far as offering to loan us a window ac until he could get the new unit installed. He will definitely be my go to for any future HVAC work. Genuinely a very kind and caring person!!
