Jeremy Neal diagnosed my 17 year old ruud heat pump, replaced a capacitor and checked the Freon capacity in less than 30 minutes. My home is warm and toasty again. Tim Neal and his associates, are knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Additionally the service was economical. I plan to purchase my next air conditioning unit from Tim Neal, that is if they advise me that it is time to be replaced.

I am not the easiest person to please not do I typically leave reviews:) However, Tim Neal Heating and Cooling has had to service my HVAC unit twice and I need to let people know about my experience with them. Both times they were extremely professional and refused to leave us without heat! They used one of their parts just to make it work even though mine was under warranty and they did not have to do that! They proceeded to get the correct part and came back to install it the next day. When I received the bill today, I felt guilty about paying such a low amount for the service that they provided. Historically, I have paid way more for service that was far inferior and was left in the cold (no pun intended). All I can say is that this company has always been very accountable, professional, and trustworthy to me. Thank you for providing such wonderful service and taking care of us in the time of need. I will recommend this company to everyone I know and will be a client from now on!!!
