Reviews of local pros in Spring Hill, Tennessee

Won't even return a phone call after several attempts over a 4 week period of time

Quality work, competitive prices, and very nice plants!

The Ground guys did not show up after multiple attempts to schedule an appointment.

Professional, responsive, quick work, and beautiful design. I highly recommend The Ground Guys!

Ricky & the guys are fantastic! They've been servicing our yard for the past 3 years. I'm slightly partial... but I think we have the best kept lawn in our neighborhood.

The Grounds Guys have always taken care of our customers who also want to add a landscaping service along with their lawn care program. These people are extremely professional and we highly recommended them!

We had the most amazing experience with this team. They worked with us on price and the crew were the most polite and respectful people. Super professional and We loved our work. Exactly what we wanted and faster than we expected. We will use this company again! Thank y’all!

Serious and professional. Ricky was super helpful, professional and accommodating despite some water company rules changing. Great landscaping and irrigation job, for a very demanding customer :)

Ricky and team are great to work with. They just finished some drainage work at my house and did an awesome job. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Such a great experience with Grounds Guys of Franklin. Ricky and Carlos are highly responsive, professional, and respectful. The guys did an amazing job on my project. I highly recommend them!

Ricky is one of the most reliable contractors I have dealt with. If I have a problem he never says “wasn’t us” he just comes and takes care of it. Always on time and prices are reasonable.
They are friendly and professional.
If you are on the fence about hiring, don’t hesitate.

I had a cut irrigation line that another landscaper left when planting bushes. I never could get him to come out and fix it. I call Grounds Guys this afternoon after a Google search and Ricky called back within a few hours. He was close to my home, came by and repaired in very quickly. I'll be giving any landscape business to this young man!

Ground Guys of Franklin services my lawn on a weekly basis and does an AMAZING job! They take care of every detail and leave our lawn looking spectacular without fail! We started out this season with a new build that had a rough start after a sprinkler install left us patchy and full of rocks. Fast forward to the end of the season and we couldn’t be happier. Just had them do landscaping around some electrical boxes in our front yard. Turned out perfect! Will look terrific next spring and summer once everything fills in! Thanks for your excellent service and always keeping communication lines open with your customers!!

These guys are awesome. Ricky is so kind and professional. Best price too and they did a phenomenal job. One of the trees they planted started leaning because of the wind and they came out no problem and fixed it. Received a lot of quotes and feedback and these guys were the best. Would recommend these guys over anyone!!

We hired The Ground Guys of Franklin to replace and extend our concrete patio slab with pavers and they were great to work with from start to finish. They were easy to work with through the initial estimate, project revisions to fit what we were looking for, and installation. Our new patio looks great and we would 100% recommend them to others.

Ricky and the Grounds Guys are by far the best in the landscaping business. Their punctuality and attention to detail is unmatched. I sometimes forget to clean up the dogs toys in my back yard, but they're quick to remove them and get the job done - I really appreciate that. Thanks for all you do!

Ricky and Carlos have been wonderful to work with. Ricky is not only responsive but responsible. Carlos is very sensitive to what needs to be done on the job site. Honestly, of all the contractors we have hired over the last years none even comes close to how much we like doing business with this company. They are so customer service oriented. They are the exact definition of a great company. I don't give rave reviews like this often, but well done!!
