Logan came out today to quote me on a new system. I will say it was the best experience i have ever had getting quotes! Logan walked me through all the options of a new system and explained everything! His team was out the next day and the new system was up and running and everything logan said they would do they did plus more! Thank you to the petitt team for such an amazing experience I will not be calling anyone else. They also do plumbing and crawl space encapsulations. Zechariah was professional knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and arrived on time, and the dehumidifier repair was done quickly. The experience with Petitt Heating and Cooling was outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Zech came to our home this morning to inspect our water heater and general plumbing throughout our home. He was not only friendly but very informative and knowledgeable.

In no time he inspected both our bathrooms, water heater, crawl space and was able to tell us exactly what was in working order, and what he recommended for updates, keeping us in the loop.

Pettit HVAC is an amazing locally owned company that truly cares about their customers. They have amazing products and their service levels are top notch. My technician yesterday Zech and today Jock were amazing. I highly recommend this company.

I was out of town and Zech came out and met my wife to diagnose my upstairs HVAC not turning off and stuck on emergency heat. He quickly found the problem and had to order new parts. He came out once parts arrived and fixed the issue. Was professional, explained everything along the way and was great to deal with. 5 stars plus!

Would be 7 stars if that was an option. Extremely nice and friendly office staff and technicians. Provided scheduling reminder text messages. Work was completed on time and at the quoted price. Twice yearly maintenance for well under $200. Technicians took pictures of before and after work was done. Zero complaints and I will highly recommend to friends and neighbors. I also love supporting local businesses. Awesome all the way around!!!

Right as the weather was starting to turn my wife and I noticed that the ac units were not performing to our standards and keeping the house properly cooled and heated. We reached out to Petitt to fix our need and we sure are glad that we did! Our service tech was Zack P, and he got out to our house within the same day and got all of our Hvac concerns addressed and taken care of within a timely manner. He was very thorough with the inspection and talked us through every step during the interaction. Both friendly and professional and would certainly use them/recommend again!

Called early on a Saturday morning after A/C stopped cooling house. Brett arrived shortly after, and wow, talk about professional! He did a great job of explaining everything, isolating the problem, and giving us a comfortable solution until parts could be ordered on Monday. We also signed up for the maintenance plan so hopefully any future problems will be avoided or found before they become big problems. Highly recommend this family owned company!
