Tree reviews in Strawberry Plains, Tennessee

Gave us a quote but never returned calls to set up time - guess I should have believed the reviews.

The people are fantastic to deal with, super friendly and hardworking. They will be my first call from now on.

Wow! We could not be happier with the services provided by you guys. Thank you for all the hard work. Our business is looking top notch!

What a nightmare. Pretended to be landscapers, took us for 20k And disappeared. Never finished the job , stopped answering phone calls, and what little they did do, cost us twice as much to have fixed.

Paradise has started taking care of our neighborhood in Mariners Pointe in West Knoxville and they are doing an excellent job. Everything looks great!!

They removed 10 Bradford Pears for me. They were prompt and concerned about cleanup from the start. They did an excellent job at a competitive rate!

They were fast and cleaned up as they went, I was very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done. The entire crew was efficient .

Clint came out and gave a fair estimate for a tree that was growing too close to my house. The team came the following day and had the tree cleared out and were gone in less than 30 minutes and hardly left a trace other than some sawdust. Couldn't be happier!

Absolutely best in the business, from the man in the tree to the guys on the ground keeping your property as if a tree had never been there.I am a woman and know nothing about tree removal but watching these guys work in unison as they did was like watching a well rehearsed play .. very punctual, professional, courteous from start to finish ....COME HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any and ALL lawn care

Another superior job of removing a second pin oak. Professional crew, polite and attention to detail.
They always clean up.
Thank you Paradise!

I observed a crew from Paradise Tree service doing a job next door. They were efficient, thorough, and did an excellent job cleaning up.

I needed a tree down that has a few issues: too large, too many leaves, partial rot, and Satan himself, poison ivy. Mind you, the poison ivy vine reached the top of the tree and at the base of the tree was 5-6" inches thick. No joke, it was bad mama jamma. I got PI last year when I cut the vine hoping to kill it and then got the worst case ever of it about 3 weeks ago when I was clearing about 20-30 behind the tree and dabble in the roots, unknowingly. So, the tree was on "The List" and I found Clint just browsing one night in a fit of anger. He was the first to answer, first to meet me, and understood how quickly I wanted the daggum thing down. They arrived the next day after he gave estimate at 8am and were finished by 6pm. Logs were stacked, pieces were saved for the neighbor, and I HOPE my bout with PI is over. I'd rather be in the ring with Mike Tyson for 5 minutes than deal with poison ivy. Thank you, Clint, and thank you to your crew! Definitely more than 5 star rating!

He came up to look at tree's. Gave us a quote and said when he would be there. 3 weeks later no show and no call back. Called 3 different times with 3 different people and still no response. Someone should had call or sent a message saying why they haven't showed up.

We contracted with this company seven weeks ago and have heard nothing from them since that time.
We have called many times, visited their offices, and sent a registered letter and have had no response.
They seem to not care about keeping their customers informed about delayed services. Communication skills are very lacking.

Clint is a professional. Does great work when he shows up. Called for an estimate 2 months ago and he came right out. He said he would be able to do soon but no time frame given. Called him twice to see when it would be done. Will not return calls????????????????

Clint and his team did a great job removing two trees and chipping them for us on our property today. Super happy with their work, will definitely work with them again when we need it.

I have had several tree cut down over the years and Paradise is the best. Paradise removed five huge pine trees from between two houses 25ft. wide, cut the stumps as close as possible to the ground and cleaned up the debris. GREAT JOB GUY'S

I am completely please with the service they provided. 2 trees were cut down with one being very tall with many large long limbs. The trees were between 2 houses about 25 feet apart. They cut and lowered the limbs without any damage to the houses or the fence that ran between them. I highly recommend them.

Paradise is reliable and professional with all of their services. We have been working with them for a couple of years now for lawn care and tree work. Work is well done and cleaned up after.

Bad at communicating. Received a quote and called the next day agreeing that I would like the Job done in the next few weeks. He called back and said he would get to it once the weather cleared up. A week went by before I called him and left a message just to get an update. I left a message for over a week before I decided to cancel and go with someone else. Would have been fine to wait just they never returned my calls. Other guys came out in two days and took care of the Job.

Paradise Tree Service preformed recommended suitable service to remove trees from a power line entrance to our house. Licensed/
Insured /professional equipment and cheapest price ! I would
still be saving money for the work with other estimates. THANKS
