Mark was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about his craft. It was a huge relief to finally find a business that knows how to treat its customers and apparently its employees as well. We live in a rural area where getting any contractor to keep their word and even show up has been challenging for the last eight years, but fortunately this is no longer the case. We also appreciate the small touches, like Mark wearing shoe guards while working throughout our home, which is apparently a standard procedure of this business.

Called Morristown, scheduled for Morristown, & I got someone from Greeneville. Just wanted the local plumber advertised. Happy with the job Jacob (plumber) did. Unhappy about not getting a local plumber. Unhappy with the price. Not much time to reschedule another plumber, so I went with it. No itemized billing so not sure what I paid for. Shop around if on a budget, they probably won't be your most affordable option. They scheduled, showed up, and made the repair, exactly what should be expected. I won't be recommending them to anyone or using them again, less for warranty work. Too far away and too expensive.

Robert and Aaron were friendly and professional. They clearly outlined what needed to be done and got our approval before proceeding with the job. They did an outstanding job repairing what another plumber did incorrectly and installing a new toilet in another bathroom. I highly recommend them.

Tommie’s was great! Very efficient, respectful of my property and pets, were on time, and cleaned up before they left. We had to have old galvanized pipes replaced in the basement which was a large job. They sent four guys, and they had the job finished in one day. They were all great! I will definitely use Tommie’s again!

John McC was very professional and knowledgeable. He was diligent with getting to the root cause of our plumbing issues and not just giving us a temporary fix. Very patient and respectful. We are happy that John was our plumber today!!

First off, they were 40 minutes late. Secondly, if you have money to throw away then I'm sure they will do a great job but just know your going to pay way to much. They quoted me $1,600 to replace a 20ft drain that couldn't be any easier of a job. That new material would cost $100 roughly, and I didn't even need all new pipe. I went to the hardware store and spent $7 and fixed it myself on 30 minutes.

My waterline had a leak at the shut off. I called Tommie’s Plumbing and they got to me within the hour. Chris was very kind and helpful and explained everything very well. He fixed my issue and had me back up with water in my house in no time. Highly recommend Tommie’s Plumbing.

Jacob and Dylan did an awesome job working on several plumbing issues I had. Installed new kitchen faucet, shower fixtures and pressure relief valve. Very knowledgeable and professional. Walked me through everything that needed to be done along with the cost of job. Very satisfied with the work done. I will be calling Tommie's Plumbing again.

They got here quick but charged me an astronomical amount for the half ass
job they did. I had to call another plumber to come out and finish the job correctly. He got it done for about 1/3 the price. DO NOT call this company!

Tommies plumbing is great, Jacob was my service guy he was very professional and took care of my water leak fast . If you are looking for a plumber look tummies up and the pricing was very reasonable would highly recommend them and use them in the future. Very friendly and businesslike. Explained things very well. My waterheater was in within 25 hours of my 1st call. Both Chris and Robert were top notch professionals.

I wasn’t sure where to get service looked on reviews from google and this golden nugget popped up and i called i got scheduled pretty quickly. I was told to expect someone from 9-1 the guy was here by 10 called me ahead of time and can i add he didn’t need to but he wore little covers on his boots to protect my floor. That was so considerate. He explained everything to me and i am not anywhere’s near a handy person but i understood the way he broke it down. He took a look did his thing was out a hour later. I had Austin truly a sweetheart. He made conversation wasn’t rude and even gave me some advice on another issue i was having. Truly a great employee i hope the owner sees this. You have a great employee with a great mindset that was very pleasant to be around. And the work was done so quickly no mess and it was done accurately. We will stick with this company from now on.

Jack and Mark did a fantastic job clearing out our kitchen drain. Very nice guys and they were very respectful of our home. Would recommend Tommy's and appreciate our local small business.

Very responsive to my request for service, arrived timely and called before as promised. Chris listened to what I needed and provided a variety of options. The service was performed in a very reasonable period of time and he showed me that everything was completed and I’m working order. He cleaned up the areas he worked in. The price was a bit high, but overall a very positive experience with Tommie’s Plumbing.

Hey guys I'm telling you there's just plumbing company out here they are so awesome they are called Tommy's plumbing I give him five stars there's Christian Base I mean the Christian people so I'm trying to say they honest hard workers that mean what they tell you to price is they keep a price and I mean they keep the word so if you ever have any problems on anything to do with plumbing I definitely give them a five-star rating thank you and have a blessed day and thank you Thomas

After having one plumber come out to clear lines due to the older black iron exit pipe in my house that was built in the 50s. It was stopped up again just 2 days later. So after getting several estimates to tear out all the old lines and replace with new ones I went with Tommies Plumbing. In just one day they had everything taken care of !!! Thanks very much to Mark and Michael who were very professional and did a very neat job plus cleaned up all the old lines they tore out. If I ever need another plumber I will be calling Tommies again.

Big John and his apprentice were very friendly and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job installing my kitchen faucet. No issues. They took all the old parts and faucet with them and cleaned everything up. You would never know someone was here installing a faucet after they left. I would definitely recommend. Thanks

Scheduled appointment was communicated well with Alexa by phone on arrival time. Mark did exactly as I requested on my bathroom sink clog. Mark was polite, professional, answered my questions, cleaned up after himself and removed the clog. I would use them again

John was my technician and he was both knowledgeable and professional, but very down-to-earth. He listened carefully to my concerns. He provided a cost estimate before any work began and let me choose the scope of work since it was elective and not an emergency. This company guarantees their products and their workmanship. I would recommend them to friends and family.
