Jack and Mark did a fantastic job clearing out our kitchen drain. Very nice guys and they were very respectful of our home. Would recommend Tommy's and appreciate our local small business.

Very responsive to my request for service, arrived timely and called before as promised. Chris listened to what I needed and provided a variety of options. The service was performed in a very reasonable period of time and he showed me that everything was completed and I’m working order. He cleaned up the areas he worked in. The price was a bit high, but overall a very positive experience with Tommie’s Plumbing.

Hey guys I'm telling you there's just plumbing company out here they are so awesome they are called Tommy's plumbing I give him five stars there's Christian Base I mean the Christian people so I'm trying to say they honest hard workers that mean what they tell you to price is they keep a price and I mean they keep the word so if you ever have any problems on anything to do with plumbing I definitely give them a five-star rating thank you and have a blessed day and thank you Thomas

After having one plumber come out to clear lines due to the older black iron exit pipe in my house that was built in the 50s. It was stopped up again just 2 days later. So after getting several estimates to tear out all the old lines and replace with new ones I went with Tommies Plumbing. In just one day they had everything taken care of !!! Thanks very much to Mark and Michael who were very professional and did a very neat job plus cleaned up all the old lines they tore out. If I ever need another plumber I will be calling Tommies again.

Big John and his apprentice were very friendly and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job installing my kitchen faucet. No issues. They took all the old parts and faucet with them and cleaned everything up. You would never know someone was here installing a faucet after they left. I would definitely recommend. Thanks

Scheduled appointment was communicated well with Alexa by phone on arrival time. Mark did exactly as I requested on my bathroom sink clog. Mark was polite, professional, answered my questions, cleaned up after himself and removed the clog. I would use them again

John was my technician and he was both knowledgeable and professional, but very down-to-earth. He listened carefully to my concerns. He provided a cost estimate before any work began and let me choose the scope of work since it was elective and not an emergency. This company guarantees their products and their workmanship. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Robert and his partner did a phenomenal job, not only did they perform everything in a professional manner but they were very knowledgeable on products, services, and teaching us in a manner that we would understand. Completely disgusted with this company. DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN YOUR HOME!! My elderly mother contacted this company for a leaking toilet. The guy totally wasted her time inspecting all kinds of plumbing that had absolutely NOTHING to do with her complaint and then gave her a multi-thousand dollar estimate for repairs unrelated to her complaint!! Then the estimate for just her leaking toilet wax seal was over $500!! Which included over $300 for new toilet (that was only a couple years old & new was NOT needed) & over $200 just for the new seal!!! 😡😡🤬🤬😡
UPDATE: I made a verbal complaint directly to company. Received a call back. Rather than addressing the issue of the technician trying to take advantage of my elderly mother, the person seized on and very angrily and loudly shouted that I obviously didn’t understand what it costs for a licensed plumber. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Rather than suffer verbal abuse I hung up and WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! I do understand there is cost for any professional to work but my complaint was about trying to take advantage of the elderly!!

They not only showed up the day they said they would, they came early. But they called first to let us know. Michael came here today like an angel flies down from heaven to smite the evil that was a messed up sink! He's very knowledgeable and extremely polite and for any other plumbing issues I will be sure to request him again.

I will never call this company again. They came out to unstop our kitchen sink; used a snake a couple times and decided I needed to take part of the ceiling out of the garage so they could cut the pipe and charged me $524.75. They said they would come back when I had it done. I called them 2 days later and told them I had took the panels out of the garage. I called them again the following day and they said they had no openings until Monday of the next week. We could not use our kitchen sink for over a week. I called another company and they came out that day (Friday) and had it opened up in a couple hours without cutting the pipes. The work on dismantling the ceiling was a lot of work and uncalled for. Morristown has better plumber than these people and more reasonable on charges. I advise anyone to call someone else.

Tommie’s Plumbing was professional from start to finish. An appointment was made for a representative to determine our needs which was followed up by an appointment to correct the problems that we had in our plumbing. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions answered. An appointment was subsequently made to make all necessary repairs which were accomplished In one day. The plumbers cleaned up all areas that they touched. They left areas that were touched in much better condition than when they got here.. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done. We are very pleased.

We hired these guys to come out and replace some 70+ year old plumbing. The young men, Ben and Clayton got the job done! It’s always stressful to have a mess around the house. When they were done, no mess was left behind. The drains are draining so fast now. Both men were super helpful and super friendly. They even came back the very next day to replace a spigot on the back of the house that wasn’t in the plans! We would highly recommend Tommies Plumbing to anyone and will most definitely use them again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our experience was A1. Very courteous, very professional. They gave us the estimate,didn't ask for payment until job completed. They cleaned up everything, put my yard back together, put grass seeds on top of the cleaned up ditch and put hay on top of that.

Our whole experience with Tommie’s Plumbing was great from the call in for service to the completion of the service. The lady that answered the phone said she could send someone out the next morning. I didn't catch her name but she was knowledgeable and answered my questions about a camper toilet installation. I was surprised they could get to us quickly considering all the devastation in East TN after the flooding but thankful. Aaron the service tech was knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He did a good job on the install of our camper toilet. We would highly recommend!
