JR and Jeff installed our plumbing and HVAC in our new home in 2007. Replaced it in 2018. They have taken care of us like family.

Paid them to put in new unit. It never worked right from day one. Which I called them about it more than once that it was not working right.Then when it went out called them and the women who answered phone was rude. Said the owner wasn't there. I asked for J.R. to call me back. He never did. The unit is 3 yrs old. I will never use or recommend them again.

Purchased a new unit for a GREAT price! We installed with full cooperation and assistance of jr and his son helping us through the whole process and when there was a issue we couldn’t get past they came out the next day and got us running I truly appreciate how good they have been to me and my family period!

These people are the worst when it comes to maintenance. They never once took the panel off of the outside unit to check anything. They never cleaned my drainline, checked the freon levels or anything for that matter. All they did was wash the outside unit with acid, acid. Why i have no idea, it burned my eyes and i was coughing for hours after they left. They were here and gone in less than 30 min. I had another hvac company come the day after to check what they were supposed to check. They found a weak capacitor, dirty evaporator coil and other things that were missed by their "technicians". The other hvac company told me that typically an hvac maintenance service includes checking the freon charge, capacitors, checking the evaporator coil, cleaning the drainline, cleaning the outside coil, checking the contactor, the amperage of the compressor, motors and heat strip. NONE NONE of that was done by east tennessee hvac in madisonville, they never took the panel off of my furnace once. Do not make the mistake of using them for hvac maintenance, you might as well just throw your hard earned money away. I found out later that the technician who came out was the son of the owner, i hope the apple fell far from the tree on this one. I will NOT be using them again and i recommend that noone does really. I couldnt leave a zero star or i would have.

My problem was a very minor leak, however the response from this company was so impressive I would have thought I was up to my neck in water. Very happy with the results of the repair and I will not hesitate to call them for
any HVAC or Plumbing concerns.

I recommend this company highly. They installed our HVAC, electrical and plumbing when our house was built. Every six months they did a check on our a/c units because they offer a Residential Service Plan. They have been kind and professional no matter what time of day I have had to call for any service.

The receptionist was super sweet and they were able to fit me in their schedule so quickly and was able to fix my situation same day. I couldn’t be more appreciative!

East TN HVAC has worked on my ductless heat and AC unit and diagnosed the problem was in the original installation of the unit the lines were hooked up backwards.They more recently came out for an on demand water heater not working. Lightning had burned the control up. Once they ordered the replacement unit and it came in they were here for installation the next morning. They were in and out in no time and I once again had unlimited hot water! All my plumbing issues will be trusted to EAST TN HVAC.
