I can't say enough about care and true integrity of this company. John, himself came out and was so professional and sincere, I knew, they would be my go to choice for anything electrical I may need in the future. Above and beyond excellent.

Their team installed a gas line to my furnace and coordinated with the gas company, all without us being home! Once we returned from vacation we were able to stay warm!!! They are a personal service company that is sincere.

I called Stuart Service because my HVAC system was using INSANE watts of energy 24/7. I'm new to TN and selected Stuart services based on google reviews; and I am happy to add my review as a pleased customer.

During his time at my home, John displayed both an immense knowledge of his trade as well as an immense heart for people.

He rewired my HVAC system and installed a new thermostat and explained all of the things I needed to know as well as the whys associated with the functioning of the unit. It was an absolute joy to talk to John while he performed the repairs because I didn't just learn about the HVAC unit, I also heard about his family and and bits and pieces of his life. He arrived as a stranger and left as a friend.

Thank you for the excellent service, John! I would welcome him back any time I need HVAC services and recommend him to anyone else needing service.

A motor went out on a Friday afternoon from our main unit. Within minutes I received a call back from the owner and she put in after hours support for the installation. We had it fixed by 8:30! They are so professional and we are so grateful for the quick service! Highly recommend!
