Stroops installed our new heat pump with gas heat. Rich explained the details. Stroops had an additional year of warranty coverage others did not. They installed early to fit our schedule. When it was time for installation, we were so lucky to get Michael Blackburn and Carlos for our installers. Michael was so professional and courteous. He has been installing and working on air conditioners with Stroops for the past seven years. Carlos was very attentive and helpful.
