Have a split HVAC system and upstairs wasn’t cooling the way I would like. Benjamin Fraser from Roscoe Brown came out and diagnosed the damper motor actuator wasn’t opening the damper correctly. To make sure that was the only thing causing the issue, he walked the attic when it was 1,000 degrees up there looking for leaks/tears and disconnected ducting. He swapped out the actuator and got me up to speed. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous, he’s definitely one Roscoe Brown needs to invest in long term for the companies reputation. Thank you Benjamin.

My water heater malfunctioned, and I had to cut off water to my whole house. Jacob Davis came out and drained the water tank, and then capped off the supply line to the water heater so I could restore water to the rest of the house. Great temporary fix till my new water heater is installed. Jake is great at his job ,awesome attention to detail and easy to talk to .

I don't know about their work, but their customer service is disappointing. I called to verify their address. I was transferred to Stephanie who told me any info I want needs to be requested in writing. Then she hung up on me. How can I request anything in writing, if she won't confirm I have the right address?
