I used Bush’s service today, and the experience was awesome. I received a phone call a head of time that the tech was on his way, in fact he was early. He identified the problem and made the repair. Furthermore, everything was explained clearly. Summed up: punctual and knowledgeable. And I’ll add fair and honest. I recommend and will use Bush’s Mechanical Service in the future.

A/C stopped working in the middle of the night on Saturday. Called Bush's Sunday morning around 10:00 a.m. They had my unit repaired by early afternoon the same day. A/C is colder than before & works great. Total cost was $250 including the service fee, which was reasonable for a weekend/urgent call.

Bush’s Mechanical services installed our new unit and fixed the concrete pad that it needed to sit on. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure we were happy with the results. They were even nice enough to install our old unit at a friends house for a decent price. I will continue to use them, because their commitment to their customers is exceptional and they really do care. That is a hard trait to find these days.

They were very personable and would check in constantly through the process until the part came in. Not only was he very thorough, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing and also identified some items that weren’t imminently need, but would need to be replaced in the future.

Had a used unit installed by another guy with a new thermostat and my house still wasnt cooling but the unit was working. Bushs came out and determined the other guy had wired the thermostat incorrectly and fixed it. Will call them again!
