My wife and I have hired Ken and Tray for complicated chandelier installations, and even for a 10 breaker backup generator for our house. From the booking process to the installation, these guys are thorough, professional, and always treat your house like it's their own. They explain the scope of work with the client from start to finish, and if something comes up during the project that was unexpected, they always go over all options before moving forward. If there was ever an issue with an installation (like a part missing in the manufacturer's box, or an item being damaged) the team always goes over options and schedules a return visit to make things right. We've dealt with multiple electricians in the middle Tennessee area, and 5 Star Electric is our preferred company to use. If you are looking for a an honest price, and a team of people that explain the process/scope of work to you to help you feel comfortable and confident, these guys are the best.
