Joseph Wood & The Service Company did an absolutely wonderful job for us and we definitely recommend this company to others. When our HVAC bit the dust, Joe took his time to fully examine the situation, then clearly explained the problem and gave us several options. He was very knowledgeable, honest, professional and dedicated to making sure everything was done to perfection, even when it meant spending the better part of a VERY hot July day outside and (even worse) up in our attic. Everything was fairly priced and installed exactly as promised with no surprise charges or delays. We are very impressed and also very grateful to be cool and comfortable again. Thank you again, Joe! We were about to be ripped off big time when our A/C stopped working. Originally quoted for 16k but Mr. Wood came to our rescue and we were able to replace our compressor for less than 5k. He was kind, honest and hard working. He went above and beyond to teach us about A/C units. We have had no issues since.

I have used The Service Company twice now. They installed Solartubes in my home as well as my kitchen backsplash and some electrical work. All work done exceptionally well. They truly seem to care not only about quality work but also customer service.......rare this day and age. I would highly recommend and trust them to do work again on my home.

We have used this company numerous times and they are wonderful! They installed Solatube "skylights" for us, an outside vented range hood and a whole house surge protector. I HIGHLY recommend this company they are kind - considerate and do a great job. They came out Saturday morning and fixed our heat. They did not charge an arm and leg plus Randy gave them an extra $25 for coming out on Saturday. They weren’t here no time figured out the problem and fixed it. They are amazing. We have heat and cold air now. My daughter got a quote for a tankless water heater and it was $8,000 I ask Mr Wood about it and it and he said only $3,500. I couldn’t believe it. IF u need ANYTHING call these gentlemen u will not be sorry.

Came out on Christmas Eve for my husband and I just so we didn't have to wait a week for Hiller to come fix it because, and I quote, they "couldn't fit us in their schedule before then." Apparently, having a family freeze for a week wasn't enough of an emergency for them so a family friend recommended Complete Service Heat and Air to us. So we called the night before and they said they'd get to us as soon as they could the very next morning. Had our problem solved and fixed within 15 minutes. Something Hiller would have made us wait a week for. Would highly recommend this company if you ever have issues. They go above and beyond for their customers and actually care. Thank you so much for your help!

Our AC had been out for a few days in 90+/- temps. We called CSHA this morning & Kyle was here by lunch time. He fixed our problem (needed refrigerant), checked a few other things to make sure we didn’t have any other issues & had us all fixed up within an hour. No crazy up selling- just facts, good work and totally reasonable prices. I have no idea why we haven’t called them before, but we definitely will in the future!

We’ve been dumping money into our old unit the past few summers and finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase a new one. Called on Monday morning and they had someone out that afternoon to take a look. We had a new unit installed the next day! The entire crew was very respectful and professional. They even alerted me to a leak in a pipe under our home. I will recommend them to anyone!

Did not follow through on services offered when our AC failed yet again after their "repairs", going on for 4 months! Offered us window units until it could be fixed, never showed up. Left voicemails, texts and still did not receive what was offered or asked for! When they called again, I asked for the same info and was told it was sent, but still was not sent the what I had asked for! I got upset at the incompetencies of the receptionist and she and another woman, who never introduced herself, began yelling at me over the speaker at the same time!
And this is not the first time I've gotten rude employees either! Guess the other reviewer was right, not what they use to be!

UPDATE: Just had a PROFESSIONAL come to check out the unit and he said that this company did NOT correctly do repairs, damaged the sensor they just installed, it has no installation around it, was covered in adhesive from metal tape that should never have been used and then taped it on with electrical tape in the wrong place! They put on connectors that never should have been there, lost all the screws for the cabinet, did poor sweat jobs on the copper which left 2 leaks of the refrigerant! And had more than likely replaced parts that never needed replacing! 👎😡
