Wow!! It’s 26 degrees outside and our furnace quit working. Matt came out in a very timely manner. And through his expert diagnostics realized what the problem was. He was kind and very professional. And the price was awesome!!! Thank you Matt and thank you Complete Service Heating and Air for all your help.

The place I trust with all of my HVAC needs! These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile. The service was fast, professional and friendly. Bruce even took the time to educate me on why my unit wasn't cooling and kept freezing. Quality work from some hard working guys at a price you can't beat.

A/c quit cooling and Chris came out and said Freon was full but coils were dirty and causing the problem . He said he cleaned all the coils for $150 then three days later it was back not cooling and he come back out ,now all of a sudden it’s 2 pounds low on Freon so he said he was putting some dye in it and he’s going to charge it up and see how that did and if it did leak, they would be able to find it ,so another $200. Needless to say but a week later it quit working again Chris and Carl come out for a third time and now it’s 2 1/2 pounds low and supposedly they did not put the dye in. Even though Chris told us he did said . so they charge me $250 to put Dye in and added another 2 1/2 pounds which they said it probably wasn’t filled up all the way last time and trying to blame it on outside temperature.the outside temperature was the same basically so that couldn’t have been an issue and of course it went back out again $600 later this time I called a different company that was recommended to me A to Z and needless to say the coils inside with the unit were never cleaned. It was packed full so he only cleaned the outside coils for $150. Didn’t even do anything with the inside that was causing the trouble. a-to-Z air conditioning cleaned the inside Coils on the unit thoroughly found the leak that was on the high sideline going into the compressor which he said it wasn’t hard to find because it was just spewing out and there was oil all over everything on the inside so it’s easy to tell where it’s coming from. He repaired the leak and is doing great now .this should’ve been caught the first time if not, definitely the second time they came out. their excuse was he was new with the company .if he was new they should’ve had somebody coming out with him overseeing everything.

Prices were more then fair for a new AC package unit. The install team did a wonderful job ensuring everything was corrected and I was pleased with the performance. All electrical and gas lines were run properly (not just the easiest way).

I've called Complete twice and both times there were here on time, courteous, fixed the problem quickly, and are very reasonable in their prices. The service guys are always polite and respectful. Thanks to Complete, I can afford to get issues fixed, unlike some other companies who want to charge an arm and a leg!

I will recommend this company to everyone I know! Great service all around; timely, honest, knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about Complete Service! Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I jumped on their website at 7 AM the next morning and they were here by 10 AM repairing our unit.

This is a great company to do business with. Carl and Bruce were awesome! We got same day service and in less than a week we had a brand new unit installed. They were so nice and professional. I can't say enough good things about this company. And Bruce is a rock star!!! He put in a window unit to keep us cool unit our new unit was installed!!

Our AC unit went out during the hottest time of the year. I looked at reviews and saw Complete Service Heat & Air had excellent customer reviews. After speaking with the scheduler, they said they would be out the very same day. Carl and his crew showed up and diagnosed the issue as a bad blower that needed replacement. They were able to find a cost efficient replacement blower and had it installed the very next day and AC running cold again. These guys are honest, hardworking and knowledgeable and aren't looking to grosely overcharge just to make a buck like so many other comparable companies. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them first with future maintenance and repair needs.

I've always been more than satisfied with this company and their employees.

We called them at 4 pm on a Saturday after getting home from vacation to find our AC not working and the temperature inside hitting 90 degrees…They were actually our 10th company we called, and they were the only ones who would send someone out that same day. Matthew came out, was super friendly and professional, fixed the issue in 15 minutes, and it was affordable! So, now Complete and their team will be the first company we call when we have any sort of issue in the future! They completely earned our business! We could not recommend them enough!
