I can’t say enough good things about Pettit! I called and explained what was going on with my unit, and they were so kind and helpful from the very first phone call. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and made me feel like I was actually being heard and taken care of.
Alec Brown came out to my home, and I was so impressed with him. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting my unit working properly. He didn’t just rush through the job—he took the time to figure out what was wrong and got me back up and running in no time!
It is such a relief to find a company you can trust. From the first phone call to the completed service, everyone was wonderful. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and quality of work I received.

Petitt Heating and Cooling provided an outstanding experience. Jock was knowledgeable friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain our options clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured into making a decision. He took his time to understand what we needed and helped us choose the right HVAC system for our home. We really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I would definitely use & recommend Petitt Heating and Cooling in the future.

I had a great experience with this HVAC company! Brett and his crew responded quickly, were professional, and got my AC fixed in no time. The technician was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s such a relief to have cool air again!
