Petitt Heating and Cooling is the best around. I am so proud to have met Mike (owner) and Chad (General manager) and the crew they have. They were all so professional, understanding and polite. They answered all of my questions and dealt with me in the most humble way as I was so upset and tired from the stress of the days leading up to my unit playing out. I was so worried that it would take days to have this unit installed. I was approved for it late afternoon and these guys were here to install the next day. They worked non stop to finish the task at hand and completed the work in one day. I feel so blessed to have chosen this God sent company and will forever be grateful that I did. I have dealt with different companies over the years for different projects and wondered where did they find this crew to hire such. Not with Petitt Heating and Cooling. They are Top Notch! They deserve a rating of 10 plus! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Petitt Heating and Cooling for all of your hard work and dedication. God bless you all!

I have had nothing but a great experience from Petitt Heating and Cooling. My initial and second call to the office was handled promptly and professionally by the office staff. The technicians Alec and Thomas were very thorough, professional, and informative when evaluating our old HVAC system. Logan was extremely helpful in evaluating our needs for a new HVAC system, guiding us throughout the process of purchasing a new unit, ensuring that we were receiving the unit that best met our needs, with the appropriate options, and for the right price. He was extremely helpful and informative and guided us throughout the process. Nate and the other technicians did an excellent job with install of the new system and Mark was very thorough on his preventative maintenance service, even identifying a minor issue that helped to prevent a major problem later on. I couldn't be more satisfied with Petitt and their amazing team. 10/10 recommend.

First time using this company and had a positive experience. Brett was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had it up and running again. He explained what he determined the cause to be and how it was fixed. I would highly recommend this company.

Thomas who came to repair my ductwork was very professional and friendly. Would definitely have him return for any other maintenance work. Scale of 1-10 he definitely was a 10.

I was very pleased today with John Hayes. He was very nice, and explained everything to me, so I could understand. He is very knowledgeable about what he does, and very professional, all with making you feel comfortable, and someone you can trust. I would recommend John for anyone with plumbing issues.

Mark did a great job. He explained everything very well. I highly recommend them and there maintenance plan as well.

I recently contracted for maintenance and was pleasantly impressed with Brett and John Michael when they did my spring service. They were both professional and mannerly and I appreciate that they wore foot covers in the house. I also had a slight unrelated issue while they were here and they immediately took action and helped move some boxes in my garage and got my water turned off. As a White House resident I feel fortunate to have someone local taking care of my system.

Our tech was great he explained everything that was going on with our HVAC system and had our heat up and running within an hour then did final checks to make sure the system was operating the way it should I recommend this company to anybody

Brett & John Michael checked all systems today. They did a thorough cleaning, they were efficient & shared all the details & recommendations necessary to keep our units in good working order. I’ve used Petitt for several years and they always make us feel like valued customers! Highly recommend!!

Great fast efficient work! I highly recommend signing up for the yearly service agreement at very low price. I bought a new home here in Whitehouse and having a local company that is available 24-7 is a must have in my opinion.

The team from Petitt are amazing; Nathan, Kaleb, and Logan put a super effort to make sure we were pleased with this installation. They also are very considerate and respectful for our home.

Fantastic service! We had a very hot upstairs so we called and had a technician out within 30 mins. He was able to identify our issue (issue with a bad breaker- see photo). He was able to get us fixed up and back to comfortable temps!

Really great service and friendly technition. Came in and got our gas fireplace going that hasn't been started in 6 years. Every time we call for service its fast and friendly people. Only company I'll go with.

Petite Heating & Cooling was absolutely amazing our air conditioning system messed up and we called to get service they sent Wyatt B straight out and he was super friendly and helpful. We also met with Logan P who came out to help us with our situation. After Logan left he made a call to see if we wanted a spot cooler to help us till we can get the part we need on Monday he even help put it in for us . Kincaide came to my house to fix my HVAC system. He was super efficient and walked me through what he was doing so I knew what to expect. The job was done quickly and professionally I definitely recommend him!
