I am 74 years old and have used many electricians in my lifetime. Greg Estes is, by far, the most efficient professional that I have ever used for electrical repair and installation upgrades that require rewiring.

Power was going on & off in our house. Not only did this company come when they said they would they found the issue quickly. They determined it was power fluctuating from the AEC pole. They called AEC & arranged the repair. Not only were they good to their word but the cost was definitely NOT inflated. Would highly recommend this company.

Scheduled a visit for a quote for future work. Was a little late but they contacted me ahead of time and kept me informed. Electrician that came by was personable and friendly. Am looking forward to using them when it's time to have the electric installed.

The 2 young men (Chase and Dakota) were very efficient, professional and pleasant. I thought the price was a little bit much but it was worth the money to get all the lights working again. Will use them again when needed.

I hired ElectriPro to install a QuietCool whole house fan and make some modifications to lighting in my house. The work has been completed to my satisfaction by the crew that is professional, communicative, and friendly. It's often challenging to find a competent contractor for any trade, but my experience with ElectriPro has been excellent.

We used this company last year and an electrician named Buck and an assistant named Dakota.

The first day I found out that the company charged an extra $300 based on mileage. We live in Lafollette, and the company is based in Knoxville.
By the 2nd day, Buck said he could bypass the $300 the company charged and work on his ‘days off’. I have since found out, this is NOT the standard procedure and they do NOT charge extra for servicing Lafollette.

Buck installed recessed lighting for us and made a huge mess. Unfortunately, he did not use drop clothes and there was drywall dust everywhere.

The thing that helped convince us to discontinue Buck was this: while we were out of town Buck and his helper were watching cartoons on the tv!!
Our contractor was also working there at the time.

Thankfully, these were Buck’s last days at the company. I do blame the issues of poor service, sloppiness and overcharging totally on the individual Buck- not Electripro.
