I’m a State Farm agent and when I needed a professional tree service company for an important client of mine, they made themselves available right away and came to the house in less than an hour. They are professional, thorough and timely. I will be sure to refer business to them in the future.

Let me first say the estimator showed up on time and was professional. I am an repeat customer, who has given them plenty of business over the years and even referring them, who has recently learned that repeat business doesn't guarantee good service. I had someone come out to provide an estimate and never heard from them again for the price. After several texts I finally received a price and asked to be placed on their schedule. I have left numerous voicemail messages and heard nothing back from the lady. I sent text messages that fell on deaf ears. Noone ever called me back to schedule the tree work and jt has been over 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and work with a larger outfit who returns calls and appreciates repeat customers.

The crew did a great job and cleaned up very well after themselves. I would use them again.

I've used Tanksley twice now and they are great. They completed the work each time exactly as they promised they would. They showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the job. I actually think they exceeded my expectations.

Since this company had such good reviews, I trusted that they were a trusted business. My first issue that I had was that nobody showed up for the scheduled day and time for the estimate. After calling the company, someone finally showed up a few hours later to give me an estimate for my tree service. The second issue that I had was that the gentleman who came out to look at the tree that I wanted cut down stated that he would get to me to give me an estimate. However; he never got back to me. I called the main office 3 times and leaving a voice message over a matter of a few days asking for an estimate. Nobody ever called me back. After viewing my recent calls on my phone, I found the cell phone number from the gentleman who originally called me to let me know he was on his way after he learned that nobody has shown up yet for the scheduled estimate. I called him and informed him that I was still waiting for an estimate. He informed me that he will have my estimate by Friday. It is now Sunday and I haven't heard anything yet from anyone. I suppose the best thing for me to do is to try to find another company to accommodate me.

A massive tree split and fell on my house and also my neighbor's yard. Within 30 minutes of calling they were on site to inspect the damage. 30 minutes after that their crew started arriving. They worked until sundown to make sure the job was done and done well. So grateful for this company!! I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Issac and team did a great job with communicating delays during the rainy season and taking down the trees. They cleaned up everything nicely, and while an electrical line was affected, they made sure to follow up and resolve the issue. I would use this team again. The value and quality of service was appreciated.

I enjoyed how the guys were very friendly and how they answered all of my questions we talked as if they were my next door neighbor very friendly plus you guys were very considerate and caring you text me to let me know even after the storms were really bad that you would be running late but but you will be there to cut my tree down

Great service all around. Had a large sycamore removed about 5ft from my house. Fast, professional, didn’t leave a mess, tree stump removal guy was especially great. If you need a tree removed in the Nashville area I recommend you give them a call.

Never used their service. I can tell you who ever was driving their truck today 11 4 25 on Briley parkway at 3:55 pm was evil!! Tried to run people off the road. The truck slowed down when I got behind it and when I went to pass it it slammed on the gas causing me to almost crash into another car
