Kilgore HVAC was a surprise to us! They were timely and had great communication throughout the process. Mr Kilgore's whole crew was very professional and thorough. It's very difficult to find this kind of customer service and dedication nowadays. The pricing was very fair, and the work was done right and looked good. I would recommend going with Kilgore HVAC over bigger companies!

First of all, these folks are professional, honest, timely and neat.
The tech showed up On Time, installed a new mini split system in our mountain cabin, cleaned up EVERYTHING then ran and tested both heat and air and walked us through the remote operation of the system.
Highly recommend.
We are very satisfied.

The crew showed up when they said they would and showed up early! They have great craftsmanship as well as worked steadily until each phase was completed. I did not have a single issue with the unit when it was turned on and hopefully it will last a while!

Sheddie Kilgore was referred to me as I did not know who to call. It was 95° inside my house. My family and my animals were in distress. Sheddie came out and immediately knew what the problem was. He was definitely prepared had the part on his truck which was a motor he installed that right away and we started to cool down. We still didn't know if other damage had been done for running the unit without the fan and motor working. So he gave us a time limit of when we could make a decision to get a new unit. It has been a week now and we're still running good. Sheddie Kilgore is such a honest, fair and knowledgeable person you would ever want to deal with. Thank you so much Sheddie Kilgore.

Sheddie was great. Unit messed up I sent him a text, and he was got there fast. Friendly and polite, taught me some things about my unit that didn't know and followed up with me to make sure everything was still working properly. 10/10 Would recommend.

I appreciate the time and care that Kilgore HVAC has when helping me with my HVAC needs. Never minds to come out and check things out no matter the time of year. Always neat and doesn't mind my dogs who can be a nuisance. 100% recommend to anyone!!!!!

I just wanted to thank Mr. Kilgore for taking his time out to come out and fix my problem that’s been going on for almost 2 1/2 three years from the first time I have talked to him till he came out to my property. He’s been courteous and kind honest and gave me the best advice. I truly recommend him for anybody that is looking for a new air-conditioning system or maintenance.

My heat-pump went down Friday 6/6/25, I called my neighbor Vickie & Ken Brook hoping they would know a good Heating & Air man. They gave me the name, Sheddie Kilgore. I called him and and he was able to come out that afternoon right as a storm was coming in. He worked on my heat pump and figured out what was wrong with it then asked me what I wanted to do. I said I wasn’t sure so he sent me a quote on repair or a new unit the very next day, which was Saturday. I thought it over a short while and because my unit was 15 years old, I thought it’s about ready to die so I asked Sheddie to order a new unit. I called him back and he was able to order a new unit on Monday and come out today 6/12/25 to install it. KILGORE HEATING AND AIR, they did a great job, clean, neat, professional, knowledgeable and fast. So happy with the great job they did. ❤️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kilgore HVAC was recently a lifesaver for me. As luck would have it, my old unit started failing right before a below freezing forecast for my area. I called Sheddie and he was there within a few hours and did a temporary fix to keep the unit going until he could get a new one. Two days later, like magic, the new unit was installed. Thanks to him and his amazing crew, I was only without heat for a few hours during the installation period. This was my second experience with this business, and I must say I am very impressed with their whole operation. I definitely recommend this business to anyone needing HVAC related work. They are the best!
