First of all, these folks are professional, honest, timely and neat. The tech showed up On Time, installed a new mini split system in our mountain cabin, cleaned up EVERYTHING then ran and tested both heat and air and walked us through the remote operation of the system. Highly recommend. We are very satisfied.
The crew showed up when they said they would and showed up early! They have great craftsmanship as well as worked steadily until each phase was completed. I did not have a single issue with the unit when it was turned on and hopefully it will last a while!
Sheddie Kilgore was referred to me as I did not know who to call. It was 95° inside my house. My family and my animals were in distress. Sheddie came out and immediately knew what the problem was. He was definitely prepared had the part on his truck which was a motor he installed that right away and we started to cool down. We still didn't know if other damage had been done for running the unit without the fan and motor working. So he gave us a time limit of when we could make a decision to get a new unit. It has been a week now and we're still running good. Sheddie Kilgore is such a honest, fair and knowledgeable person you would ever want to deal with. Thank you so much Sheddie Kilgore.
Sheddie was great. Unit messed up I sent him a text, and he was got there fast. Friendly and polite, taught me some things about my unit that didn't know and followed up with me to make sure everything was still working properly. 10/10 Would recommend.
