    Had to find a hvac company to do service work under warranty. They needed to install new coil supplied by local distributor. technician installed part. Problem was it was a mismatched part. Unit broke down again . Company charged me 700 dollars for the install but claimed it wasn't their fault. I called twice to see about a refund since the technician failed to recognize that the parts didn't match. They refused. Said there company was not set up to do refunds. They offered me 700 dollars off if I bought a new unit at 5000 dollars. Not a great deal since my old unit is still under warranty although not by them. They were polite but not willing to pay me back for installing mismatched parts.
