“Quote was too high for our budget” ^- This is the first review I left months ago with a three star review because they were so sweet but “too expensive “ well .. we have eatin our words because thank goodness they were able to come out and give us a second opinion when our new heating unit (that we regretfully had installed) had messed up three times since he installed it.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR… just get these professionals who are licensed and insured to do quality work and don’t go for just a recommendation from a friend.. these guys saved us and we are forever grateful. Scott is the man! I didn’t get the two gents names who installed our downstairs unit but they came the next day after our old unit was inspected. They installed the new unit in a few hours. Scott looked for every way possible (to my knowledge) to see what was wrong with our old unit and to save my family money while I was with him and explained in detail the courses of action that could be taken very thoroughly. Lastly the front desk answered our phone calls within a few rings and she was extremely kind and helpful. Thanks guys! -The Fords
