Tad and his crew installed my whole house generator last summer. Everything went well with the installation until they switched on my electric panel and my main breaker arced. Fortunately, Tad noticed that little flash and investigated. He found that this was not the first time the main had arced. For safety reasons, I needed a new breaker panel, but it was already night. Tad drove to Collierville to pick up a panel that would fit, came back that night, and finished installing the panel by 2:00 am. He said he was not leaving me without power overnight.

Tad and crew came back weeks later and ran a rather long electrical supply line underground to my new breaker panel from the well shared by my house and the one next door. Now both houses have water even during a power outage. Thanks to Tad, I have fewer worries about an electrical fire and a wonderful generator that powers my entire house, including the well, during an outage!
