Brother Kross did an outstanding job at my residency. Incredible work and presentation. Would recommend to anyone in need of a professional landscaping service! Man of the people!

My stepdad's current mower went up in price out of nowhere, so I called Davison Lawn and Landscape to get an estimate. Not only were they cheaper, but they were also super friendly and came out to mow the next day!

Decided to hire out. Big mistake. These guys decided to mow and continue mowing, in an absolute downpour and left my wife and I several hours of large clumps of matted grass on several acres, as well as left large mess of grass clumps on our recently regraded well-manicured gravel drives to pick up. Also, did not follow instructions on blade height for half of the job, cut far too low and left several bald spots as a result, and lower grass is already yellowing in this heat and sun.

Multiple Tire spin outs to repair, long mower tracks of matted grass we had to remove manually with rakes and then completely re-mow over the next two days to keep all the thatch that was left down from making our lawns look cratered, and in major disrepair. I requested a refund which would include payment for partial cut, as well as for our time on the repairs and mess these guys left. Upon requesting refund fairly, they blocked me on Venmo. Their Venmo handle is @summit-capital-office…not Davison Lawn & Landscape.

If refund is not remitted, we will potentially escalate legally for all the required repairs which likely now includes a professional de-thatch, bald spot repairs with top soil, crater repairs left from 2-3” thick thatch clumps that killed the grass, and reseeding the multiple bald and cratered areas and getting the lawns back up to par.

Kross came out to perform some hardscaping for us in Winchester before listing a property and gave us a very fair price. The next day him and his team completed the work exactly how we discussed. Was very happy with the job and how quickly they were able to get to it.

My mowing service stopped showing up and I reached out hoping to get my lawn under control as soon as possible. To my surprise, they were able to fit me in within days! They're very personable and asked a lot of questions to make sure my yard was mowed how I wanted which was nice.

I am leaving this review for my mom, Judy Henning from Winchester, TN. She hired him just the other day to come cut and maintain her lawn. She says he and his crew were very polite and professional. Her lawn turned out very nice and they were complimentary on how she has also kept it up. From me, thank you for being there for my mom to help her with her lawn maintenance.
Update (3 August 25): I'm editing a second time: There was a misunderstanding between Mom and the gentleman who mows. He did text and call my mom, but somehow she ended up blocking his number. It's all fixed now with his help. Thank you 😊 My Mom said her lawn hasn't looked this good in a long time. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your time and efforts. Thank you 😊
